I previously wrote a bad review based on the experiences I had a this location. But I have to say, they have done absolutely everything to make up for my bad experiences! I understand mistakes happen and today I am pleased to say Brian Cole and his team have been amazing. He is very understanding and has a great heart. I am beyond thankful for the way he handled my truck’s service and everything he did to make my experience better. Thank you!

Went in to check out a Gladiator. Me and my wife are avid campers, and needed something to pull our future tear drop camper. Offering full transparency to the sales manager, I shared my car buying frustrations and concerns. To my surprise, he addressed my concerns and acknowledged that there had been some opportunities he and his team were working very hard to change. Well, I have to say, whatever issues they might have had were no where in sight when I visited. Staff was friendly, Will was engaged, and I left with my new 2021 Jeep Gladiator, just in time for a trip to Colorado next week.

Just had my windows tinted, fast and nice job. Having a problem getting the garage door system to work but they are trying to help with that. Nice truck and I would highly recommend!!

Bryon C. was amazing! We walked into the dealership looking for a Jeep that just happened to be sold the previous day. Bryon took the time to search all other dealerships to find one identical to the one we wanted. He was so helpful and had a great deal of patience with us during this entire process. The mechanics or management can?t seem to find the problem so I won?t be taking back there for service. I will use another facility closer to where I reside. The salesman John Staten is the BEST!!! I look forward to doing business and making referrals to him.

I bought a truck here without the intention of buying one. We had gone to purchase my wife a new vehicle and after the salesman told us about specials on ram 2500s I decided to trade mine in. Great sales team and finance department was awesome.

It was a long 5 months (due to back ordered parts) but DeAnthony made it such a breeze. He gave me weekly updates, answered all my questions thoroughly, when I needed a rental, he got it for me with no problem and had some of the best customer service I?ve ever experienced. I will always be returning for any services my jeep may have. Your mechanics are so detailed, they made sure all issues were fixed before they released my truck. The personnel at the dealer is always extremely helpful and kind. This time it was a problem with the HVAC evaporator and they were able to solve it quickly. Very impressive

I really enjoyed the buying process. Michael was great. Honestly, it sucks to buy a new car. No way to sugar coat that. It?s a long process, but my salesman was young and sharp. (He kept bringing me water, and I kept drinking it. :). Overall great place with great folks!

Yes my mom took my jeep renegade (2022)to Helfman Dodge service on Silver road . When i say they did a wonderful with cleaning the outside, rotated the tires and oil change. Melissa was very friendly and courteous the other staff was as well. Thank you guys Stephanie Ingram

I'm writing this review because my buying experience at Helfman Alfa Romero and Maserati was the best car buying experience I've ever had my in my life. John and JJ treated me like I was family from the minute I walked on the lot. And Cameron in financing worked miracles to get me the lowest interest rate possible. My entire buying experience was absolutely amazing. I highly suggest if you're looking for a new Dodge, Jeep, Alfa Romeo or Maserati that you stop by Helfman first. This dealership is by far the best in Houston Texas and you will no longer want to buy a car anywhere else. This is going to be my dealership for the rest of my life.
