My Niro has needed no servicing up. When I was unable to get into gear, I called the service department and was told to have it towed to the dealership as it was under warrantee. It had what turned out to be a computer glitch and the service department found the problem and corrected it quickly. Everyone we have dealt with has been polite and helpful from the day we bought the car.

Just purchased my 2nd Jeep from them. Salesman (Frank) was great. Not too pushy with warranty stuff. Used my credit union for a great rate on financing but dealership said they would have matched it, so shop around for the loan as well as the car itself.

Debbie was extremely thorough and thoughtful in our dealings. She wasn’t pushy and was extremely friendly. She is the antithesis of a stereotypical car salesman.
