Sales person, Nicole made my buying experience so pleasant and easy. She went way above in helping me purchase the vehicle I wanted! She went over the entire vehicle and answered all of my questions about it. VERY VERY HELPFUL!!!!!

Notes on the multi point stated my vehicle needed a lot of service, but none were explained. The receipt mentioned the rear differential but also not explained.

Where do I start? I purchased my Beloved Jeep from Palmer Dodge Jeep in Roswell, GA in May of 2020. The Sales staff (Thomas Jackson) was great, and the overall service was great during that purchase experience. Since the time of my purchase, I have taken my Jeep to be serviced by Palmer for every Oil change, Lube, and all other maintenance. On June 25th, 2022, I had a major Drive Train issue with my Four-Wheel Drive shaft which malfunctioned and completely destroyed my Transfer Case while I was driving at 80 MPH on the Highway. The event was extremely scary and highly unusual for any vehicle, particular a jeep. I had my vehicle towed to Palmer that day, they gave me a Nice 2022 Jeep Low Miles Loaner for the entire duration of the time my vehicle was under repair. In May of 2020, I had purchased the Drive Train Warranty that was highly recommended by Thomas and the sales Manager. You never really know if you will need that warranty until you need that warranty. Kim K., my Case manager for Palmer Service Dept, was truly the Best!, she handled everything from the start, she kept me in the loop throughout every step of the process with parts ordered, parts cost, parts delivery, installation, to completion. David K, the Service Manger did an excellent job explaining my Warranty and all that was covered. I am truly glad I made that Purchase of the Warranty. From David K., Kim K, and Jim the Technician that fixed my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, the service at Palmer Dodge was Fantastic and I highly recommend them for the Purchase of the Vehicle, Service and Repair, and just overall customer service satisfaction. My experience with Palmer Dodge and dealing with a major car repair and a potential huge car repair bill if the warranty was not in place, was stressful but was completely catered to by the excellent customer service from the entire staff. The few minutes that I spent with the dealership was very good and it would be better if I could see them in person and look over their inventory I know that they have a vehicle that will fill my needs

We went to the dealership looking at the jeep gladiator rubicon. Angel or sales Representative made the experience easy. Daniel in the finance department done a great job on getting us a good loan. As we were looking around before even deciding on making a purchase the ( Owner ). Walked over introduced himself saying ( thank you for giving me the opportunity to earn your business. ) This was the best most amazing auto purchase ever. We would highly recommend this Dealership. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. Our sales agent, “Big Mac” was courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy. He took the time to explain all aspects of the car we were interested in and worked hard to meet our budget (and succeeded!!). He even filled the tank full. The little extras were so fun. I will certainly recommend Hayes to friends and family. I love my Jeep!

This is our second vehicle that we acquired from Dodge with the salesperson, Josie. She demonstrated exceptional knowledge in addressing our inquiries regarding the car. Even the service was good. The technician left trash from his snack in my vehicle. An didn't put back my battery cover under my passenger seat

Shelton greeted us as we approached the building. He was a pleasure to work with. He walked me through the process of buying a car to fit my needs and my pocketbook. I never bought a vehicle in a more seamless efficient process as i did with Paulding. The customer service was impeccable and although being out of state i received my vehicle very fast.
