I was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and from the start Ryan Pettit, a sales specialist there, was on top of things. I initially received a personalized video acknowledging that they received my inquiry. I was able to communicate back and forth with questions and Ryan put up with this for about a week and a half. Everyone my husband and I talked to was super friendly and so nice!! No one was pushy, I never felt irritated or upset. The whole process was a bit long....5 hours we were there to buy a '25 Dodge Ram Big Horn 1500 crew cab. Jose, Bob, Aaron, Adam and Fernando were extremely nice and very helpful. Definitely recommend this dealership for buying a vehicle.

From our initial meet out front of the dealership, where Brendan had the car cleaned up and ready for review, to the closing of the deal, Brendan and all the staff were professional, non-aggressive, and knowledgeable. The vibe during our entire visit was relaxed, non-pushy, and actually... fun. Honest interactions and great attention to detail with Brendan resulted in what we felt was a fair deal for everybody. I'll definitely deal with him again in the future.... even though the place is being remodeled currently they still strive to provide the best service possible!!
