Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

I would like to recognize Service Advisor, Kevin, for the outstanding customer care he provided managing the repair of my 2023 Jeep at Fullerton CDJR. My wife is disabled and I am the primary caregiver. I discussed my situation with Kevin and asked him to do what he could to address the repair of my car in a timeframe that would enable me to continue to provide the care my wife needs. At the time my car needed repair the service department was extremely busy. Kevin prioritized my request in scheduling and worked with a service technician to repair my car. I came to the dealership late in the afternoon. The very next day my car was repaired and I was able to pick up my car. The service Kevin and the service technician provided was exceptional.

this is an amazing dealership if I could give it more than 5 stars I would - will be recommending to everyone i know for sales AND service!

Overall quick friendly well informed more expensive than the past but the vehicle was ready earlier than expected. All personnel were accommodating making sure I was taken care of a satisfied.

Jonathan Martinez was GREAT!!! I explained my needs to him. I did not want anything too big. I have been in a Nissan for 13 yrs. Jonathan recommended the Compass and I find it to be just the right size for me. I love, love, love it. He explained the features to me which I am having a ball experimenting with. Especially happy he mentioned the idling at a traffic light shut off feature. I would have went into straight panic mode if he hadn't. Big shout out to Shante Abney who got me in the door. In addition, Dave Kidd was also helpful answering our numerous questions and giving his experienced vehicle insight of considered vehicles. After ongoing conversations and email photos between Eugene and my son, a vehicle was chosen. My son took a train and Uber to Pine Belt, went on a test ride, signed on the line, and hours later drove away to his home in NYC.
