Needed Tires for our Jeep. Kraig shows me multiple options. He was a great help and took care of us! Very fair on price and installation was quick.

Needed brake pads checked. Appt made 1 day in advance due to need. After their staff drove and inspected my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland it was determined new brake pads and rotors were needed. Job was completed the same day and in a professional manner. Gave a 3 for customer service only because I was texted a number that I was supposed to be able to reach out to while I waited but when I did to get a status update I never received a response. Just notified when my car was ready. Waiting area was clean and roomy, restrooms were clean as well. There is a charging station available but you?ll need to bring your own cord. Fresh donuts and coffee were available in addition to a vending machine. Overall a solid 4!

Amy was absolutely awesome to work with. She made the deal very easy, answered all our questions and got us in/out very easily. The car was exactly what we wanted and the team at Jim Glover are just wonderful! 6/5 stars

Don?t remember getting the lady?s name at the desk but was very helpful if showed me where my car was parked after the service!! Frank took care of everything. The service took a bit longer than expected but Frank was on top of the communications and updates. I could tell my car drove better as soon as I left the lot.
