I made a 1 star Review BY ACCIDENT. I was under the assumption that was making the review for the Napleton's Arlington Heights. I have been trying to delete my previous reviews but couldn't. Please let me know if there is a way to delete it. Your dealership is one of the best in the area... for prices and staff. I worked with Tyson and he was really helpful with everything. I decided to wait a little and will be back at your dealership for new Jeep ;)

Purchased a vehicle with Mike A. at Miller. Mike took the time to understand my needs and wants in a car. He then presented several great options and ultimately was able to get me the vehicle I needed along with features I wanted. He even helped save money on the purchase! Highly recommend Mike A's approach to customer satisfaction. Never met an honest sales guy until now!

Brought my jeep in with next to no notice, and they were able to detect the problem and fix it by the next morning. Asked about my tire leaking air, and the found the leak and didn’t charge me since they felt bad for not looking before I asked. Great customer service!

This dealership is currently getting renovated inside and it’s beautiful! This is also the first time buying a car that I didn’t feel like I was getting “screwed over” somehow. They were very much on our side and enjoyable to work with.

Although I ultimately did not buy a car from this dealership, I was thankful for their assistance during my shopping process.
