Found the perfect used Grand Cherokee at River Oaks on online listings. As soon as I inquired, they were responsive and made sure that I was able to get the car. Straight talk, courteous and fair.

Everything was pretty smooth, the documents portion took a while at the end because I paid off my car less than 60 days ago. Ended up taking maybe an extra hour or so, it took a while but overall was a good experience. Gave me almost exactly what was offered online. I was honest as I could be when entering the information. Yes my mom took my jeep renegade (2022)to Helfman Dodge service on Silver road . When i say they did a wonderful with cleaning the outside, rotated the tires and oil change. Melissa was very friendly and courteous the other staff was as well. Thank you guys Stephanie Ingram

Oil change and wash were done faster than promised. Not needing an appointment is a plus. Waiting area is comfortable. Personnel were all friendly and helpful.

I'm writing this review because my buying experience at Helfman Alfa Romero and Maserati was the best car buying experience I've ever had my in my life. John and JJ treated me like I was family from the minute I walked on the lot. And Cameron in financing worked miracles to get me the lowest interest rate possible. My entire buying experience was absolutely amazing. I highly suggest if you're looking for a new Dodge, Jeep, Alfa Romeo or Maserati that you stop by Helfman first. This dealership is by far the best in Houston Texas and you will no longer want to buy a car anywhere else. This is going to be my dealership for the rest of my life.
