Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

Joe IV was great and so was bald headed half Filipino half black guy at the end that helped me out. Everyone was great except black woman who came and talked down to me like I was a little kid as if I don?t know what TF I?m doing with my money. ?No I don?t want a pre-owned or a lease.? Plus, she tried to tell me I didn?t approved for a certain rate a few years ago when I know xxxx well I did.

I recently had electronic work done on my Jeep Cherokee and was very pleased with the service at Auto Nation Katy. The service rep kept me informed of findings, provided a timely quote and repair and in the end the repair cost was less than quoted. Every visit, whether maintenance or repair is a great experience. Service techs are friendly and very knowledgeable. My only suggestion is they return a repair that takes 3 days or longer, washed and vacuumed.
