My daughter and I had a great experience at Valley Motor City. We arrived at the dealership just before closing on a Friday night. Dimont greeted us right away and gave us his card. He was very helpful. We were able to get into the vehicle to look around. We ended up coming back on Saturday to do the test drive and eventually bought my daughter a car. Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

SAFETY RECALL INTAKE AIR GRID AND TAILGATE LATCH ALIGNMENT AND ALSO THEY FIX MY AIRBAG INSPECTED AND THEY FOUND RIGHT SEAT AIRBAG CONNECTOR DISCONNECTED . REPLACE CONNECTOR.

After searching the western/upstate NY area for a used truck and not finding what I was looking for, I ended up finding a few near each other in NE Ohio. One of those was here at Haasz. I got hooked up with Geno. Fantastic guy! Had the truck waiting for me, and tossed me the keys for a test ride the second I hit the lot. As it turned out, one of the trucks at another dealer was better suited for me - no reflection on Geno or his manager Justin. Had a great conversation with them, and though they really wanted to sell me their truck, they certainly didn’t make it an overly pressured, uncomfortable, or distasteful experience, and understood where I was coming from. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the ride down there again to do business with them…5 hours away!

Although I ultimately did not buy a car from this dealership, I was thankful for their assistance during my shopping process. My sales associate, Griffin, was extremely helpful - patiently answering my questions and providing me with information that I was looking for. Hopefully we'll be able to cross paths again sometime!

I have purchased 9 vehicles from Sheboygan Chevy and Chrysler over the years. I have always been treated fairly and with respect. I will always give them the first shot when l go looking for a vehicle. They always did what they said they would do.

The service went well as expected with the exception that the service tech failed to return my wheel lock key to my vehicle which I realized a few feet down the road. when I went back to retrieve it I was advise by a remaining service advisor that all the service tech have left for the day and the area was locked up and I would need to come back the next day. This was not acceptable and I asked the service advisor to find someone with access which he was kind to do. He when retrieved 4 wheel lock keys to confirm which belonged to my truck. this suggest this is not an isolated issue and there or 3 others missing their wheel lock keys. This issue needs a process improvement action to preclude further some incidents.
