Absolutely LOVE my 392 20th Yr edition!! She’s a stingray grey beast, that is just as powerful and fun to drive as my Ftype Jaguar! The detail and design is comfortable and I am addicted to the powerful exhaust rumble on her! Puts any previous year Wrangler in a different class- my opinion, after having other Rubicon’s. Well worth taking the leap and spending the +$100k on her! No regrets!

So easy, it left me extremely pleased! I brought two friends with me for "second-third opinions," and they both enjoyed sharing the adventure with me! Very happy with our salesman who explained clearly what each step was in the test drive and through the paperwork.

Great vehicle. mine is a soft top and the noise was expected Have to be aware of oil leak at the oil cooler. Chrysler uses a plastic material that over time will warp and not seal. The after market ones are aluminum and since you have to remove to of intake, the coils and spark plugs are accessible as well on the drivers side. Other than that it is awesome

Came in just wanting to look and not commit but Jesse and Ron sold me on a sedan. I absolutely did not want a sedan but after learning more about the Toyota Camry and test diving It, I knew I was wrong entirely about sedans. They also tried and succeeded in reaching my budget. I only comment on what I know. I had a small issue with my rubicon and the owner made it right with no problem. I was worried when I bought my jeep because I've hear horror stories. My rubicon has been wheeled to death and it's running outstanding. Not only would I recommend them I tell every person who's looking to go check them out. I was at a performance shop and turned the guy on to black star.

2024 refresh Willy’s edition 2 door soft top , love the refresh, most notably the radio 12.3” upgrade, I’ve owned 5 wranglers in the past starting with the 1988 model , prior to the 2024 I had a 2 door 2011 . Well built , great driving on an off road , amazed at the little turbo motor, smooth, great acceleration and gas mileage, around 20/21 in winter and 23/24 in summer , which I think is great considering the size , shape and 33” tires etc. overall super happy with my jeep , for me the refreshed Willy’s edition is the sweet spot in the line up

They care overall is great. Fred is fixing any of the little things that we knew about it prior to me taking it!!! Fred added on so much and is putting new tires on and fixing any of the little things!!!!!

Bought a ‘23 Wrangler 4 cylinder with High Altitude package, upsized my tires to 275/70-17. Rides great, and getting 23 mpg Highway. Very happy with my purchase.

Bought my used 2 door at about a year old, with 17,000 miles. Had a couple issues initially: passenger seat got stuck, and airbag light was on. But once I had those fixed, the car has been completely reliable. And I found out that the 2 problems were related. So really it was only 1 problem. The stuck seat has impacted the air bag sensor or something. Loads of fun driving this thing through the snow. 1 foot, 2 feet. Fluffy, or packed by the snow plow. It didn’t matter. Shift it into 4wd and point it where you want it to go. It just went over all of it, and without any drama. Nice and slow. No need for momentum. It just went right through the snow . Can’t wait to take it off road with some friends. As for everyday driving, I love it. You just have to know what you’re getting into. It’s not designed to be a comfortable or sporty car. It’s loud, rather uncomfortable on the bumps, the 2 liter engine sounds like a dish washer, etc. But, those are also all the quirks I love about it. It’s not pretending to be something it’s not. I would’ve gotten the manual roll down windows if I had the choice. It’s just the opposite of my other car, a Macan turbo. It’s just a good old fashioned, honest vehicle. The engine and transmission combo make for a pretty quick team. I’d say 0-60 in about 6 seconds. That’s pretty xxxx quick for a 4000 pound truck designed to go off road. Rarely do I push it that fast of course. I like to drive nice and slow in this car. This is my car to go slow and smell all the roses. I love it. I’m averaging just under 20 mpg driving mostly in NYC. Not bad. Best mpg I’ve had from all my suvs. The hardtop only takes 10 minutes to take off. But it’s still a pain in the xxx. It’s definitely a 2 person job. And then there the issue of where to store this big thing. It’s not like NYC houses have big garages. We’ll see how often I take it off once the summer comes around.

Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. I had 2 (2018 and 2022) Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawks and I liked them both. They were loaded with technology, safety and off road features. Very off road capable. I just bought my first Wrangler X and I love it. So far the best car I've ever owned. I was worried about the mpd with the 3.6l engine but I'm getting 16.3 mpg in the city driving only which is pretty good. I still have to test it on a highway. Comfortable on the road and off road. It's surprisingly quiet.

John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. Then he took the time on his day off to help me after the sale. Roger in the service dept also helped me out. Great staff here.

This is the third Jeep Wrangler I've owned. The first was a 2012 and the second a 2021. Jeep has stayed true to the formula but the additional refinement in the 2024 Rubicon X is welcomed since we use it as a commuter vehicle. Looks are total bad-xxx but it's much more refined than previous years. The leather interior is beautiful, it's a little quieter, and the creature comforts like adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and heated seats/steering wheel are great to have. I'd recommend the V6 engine. The 2.0L 4 cylinder is underpowered and noisy. I can't speak for the 4xe version. Unfortunately, the price of these Jeeps has skyrocketed in recent years. I'm guessing it's due to the demand. Bottom line: there's nothing not to like about this Jeep. Simple to operate (you don't need a training class for the infotainment system) and so many options to personalize it to make it your own.

First it took some getting used to since we are not frequent drivers of stick shift… But now everything is wonderful! Well with the sturdiness and how solid it is on the road. Interior is rustic just like we wanted, soft top… Great for the Florida sunshine!

Jeep passing jobs have been corroding at welds & hinges due to 2 diff. Metals built together. Issue for 15+ years!, recalled opens need to be addressed, my 3 rd wrangler and loved it! Great freedom ride, sport driven, outdoorsy attitude, love Jeep Wrangler the makers need to fix this cheap paint job causing our jeeps to rust prematurely!

Wow, cannot offer enough praise for Blackstar Offroad! Top notch used Jeep/off-road shop. Been shoping for a used Wrangler; no other dealers knew about death wobble nor offered a warranty. Additionally, at no extra cost, they fixed an oil leak - oil pan gasket and seal - and assessed for any potential death wobble issue. So many amazing Jeeps from which to choose - their lot is eye candy. Jeff couldn't have been more helpful. Despite it being far from Hollywood where I live, I knew Blackstar would be the best place from which to purchase. Highly, highly recommend!!

This is my 4th Jeep and the quality continues to improve. My dealer experience was great despite the UAW strike as the dealer put me on a Jeep Order Tracking site where there were continuous updates on production progress. On the same page was a Jeep Forum that provided additional info as to production. Great experience in total!

This might sound crazy but I bought my jeep on the gut feeling I got when I talked with JEFF and Tim. I live in Nevada so shopping was done by photo only. These two guys took the time to look for what I wanted and then we were able to negotiate a deal. As a veteran on fixed income price was very important but quality was more. These guys took care of shipping and made the experience very pleasant. Not sure if I would recommend buying site unseen unless it's from these two outstanding individuals. "Just Explore Every Path is for Wrangler / Gladiator owners. Hands down a terrific off road vehicle which is slowly gaining on surface road comfort and handling. The interior is getting much better and the large user screen is awesome. Total bluetooth connect helps with the new larger screen. If you're a 1st time wrangler buyer and you hate the ride... give it time, or head off road. Jeeps love dirt, sand, and snow. If your a former or current jeep owner and you hate the ride... suck it up. You knew the ride history. That being said.. our 24 Wrangler is far better than any previous model before it. We've owned at least one new Wrangler every year since 2008. I believe I can talk openly about the millennial generation of the Wrangler. From a Sport to Sahara, Willy's to a Rubicon to the 4xE, to our 392. This 2024 Wrangler is by far Jeeps best effort... Still hate where the window switches are located. Wish Jeep would give a 5.7 L option, or smaller V8. A/C is improved, Lighting is very good at night, adaptive cruise works great. As for powertrain.. the 392 is awesome and sounds menacing, 2.0L turbocharged PHEV 4xe Not so great in real world highway over 40mph. The 2.0L turbocharged I4, the gutty little 4 that has some go power, but gas is still not great. 3.6L V6, a preffered all around option. and then the 6.4L V8... Who cares about fuel mileage, open the gates, then listen and feel the thunder.

I live on Guam, and I trust Joe, Tim, and Jeff to keep my daughters JK on the road. Great customer service and really good people!
