Initially, my cousin and I had gone to Jeep for a test drive and to discuss prices on a Wrangler. What started as an idea turned into a purchase this weekend. Caleb provided us with such great service and information. We were at the dealership longer than anticipated, but the team at Jeep worked with her (my cousin) to ensure payments were within her budget. 2024 refresh Willy’s edition 2 door soft top , love the refresh, most notably the radio 12.3” upgrade, I’ve owned 5 wranglers in the past starting with the 1988 model , prior to the 2024 I had a 2 door 2011 . Well built , great driving on an off road , amazed at the little turbo motor, smooth, great acceleration and gas mileage, around 20/21 in winter and 23/24 in summer , which I think is great considering the size , shape and 33” tires etc. overall super happy with my jeep , for me the refreshed Willy’s edition is the sweet spot in the line up

I love my jeep Sahara I put a 2in lift in it and 20 in rims with 35 in wide tires , I took it on a 5000 mile road trip it did great on the highway and over the mountains of Colorado I hit a lot of snow and rain on the trip to the west coast and back to Oklahoma I loved the drive it does not drive like a sport car but better then my work truck does , for the whole trip I avg 20 miles to the gal even with the over size tires on it and the off road is just what you think a jeep would be , if you want a good on and off road then I say this is a good jeep for you

I had 2 (2018 and 2022) Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawks and I liked them both. They were loaded with technology, safety and off road features. Very off road capable. I just bought my first Wrangler X and I love it. So far the best car I've ever owned. I was worried about the mpd with the 3.6l engine but I'm getting 16.3 mpg in the city driving only which is pretty good. I still have to test it on a highway. Comfortable on the road and off road. It's surprisingly quiet.

I went to my local Dodge dealer near Santa Monica, and apparently they were too busy to help. Talking to them, they didn’t seem capable of doing anything other than changing the oil on cars, or selling them way over MSRP. I have been putting off getting my car serviced for a while as I had been dreading the car dealer service ‘experience.’ I need not have worried. I was met at the Ellis service entrance at the time of my appointment by Jerry the manager. It was a great welcome and he was super helpful and positive. He made had sure I knew exactly where to go. I then proceeded to the service desk where I was met by Eder. We d discussed a few things that my car needed and did the paperwork. The service really was amazing and really fast. A few hours later Eder called me and went through the specific list of things that needed doing. He managed to get most of it covered by the warranty, and gave me the choice of what was and what was not essential of the remaining items. He gave me a fair set of options and prices. It was also great to find out that Eder is really knowledgeable, it like I was speaking directly to the mechanic. Throughout the process, the communication by text and phone was really fast and impressive. I seriously wish my local dealer was as good as the guys at Ellis. Fortunately, I am happy to travel to the other side of town to have these guys look after my car. The level of service and the quality of work was exceptional. This is the third Jeep Wrangler I've owned. The first was a 2012 and the second a 2021. Jeep has stayed true to the formula but the additional refinement in the 2024 Rubicon X is welcomed since we use it as a commuter vehicle. Looks are total bad-xxx but it's much more refined than previous years. The leather interior is beautiful, it's a little quieter, and the creature comforts like adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and heated seats/steering wheel are great to have. I'd recommend the V6 engine. The 2.0L 4 cylinder is underpowered and noisy. I can't speak for the 4xe version. Unfortunately, the price of these Jeeps has skyrocketed in recent years. I'm guessing it's due to the demand. Bottom line: there's nothing not to like about this Jeep. Simple to operate (you don't need a training class for the infotainment system) and so many options to personalize it to make it your own.

Oscar is very helpful and friendly. And the financing process is also fast and smooth. It is a very nice and smooth car purchasing experience!

Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

I chatted on line with Carlos Suarez! We are trying to set up when I can go there before Donald Trump screws up my final dream of affording a Toyota Tundra. If not maybe in the next life.
