They sent a driver out of state to retrieve it and when it came time to come in and sign all of the paperwork, Aaron saw me walking over to Gus?s desk and stopped what he was busily working on to say, ?So, today?s the big day! Picking up the Renegade I see. I `m so happy it worked it. Are you excited?? with a huge smile on his face. Gus?s manager also came over to introduce himself and welcomed me to the Jeep family. Gus was nothing but extraordinary from that first phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. He walked me through each and every step of the process, explaining it all. On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep. 2024 refresh Willy’s edition 2 door soft top , love the refresh, most notably the radio 12.3” upgrade, I’ve owned 5 wranglers in the past starting with the 1988 model , prior to the 2024 I had a 2 door 2011 . Well built , great driving on an off road , amazed at the little turbo motor, smooth, great acceleration and gas mileage, around 20/21 in winter and 23/24 in summer , which I think is great considering the size , shape and 33” tires etc. overall super happy with my jeep , for me the refreshed Willy’s edition is the sweet spot in the line up

Have to say my experience at RHCJ was wonderful. My salesperson, Mike Bart, was great. Very helpful. Unfortunately, when my Jeep Grand Cherokee had a little over 6,000 miles on it, I was sideswiped & the car had to go into the body shop. Well, Traylene happened to be assigned to my account. She could not have been nicer. She kept me abreast of the progress of the repairs & stayed on top of things the entire time the car was in for repairs. Can’t say enough about the very positive experiences I’ve had with this dealership.

I had 2 (2018 and 2022) Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawks and I liked them both. They were loaded with technology, safety and off road features. Very off road capable. I just bought my first Wrangler X and I love it. So far the best car I've ever owned. I was worried about the mpd with the 3.6l engine but I'm getting 16.3 mpg in the city driving only which is pretty good. I still have to test it on a highway. Comfortable on the road and off road. It's surprisingly quiet.

Jim Schebil (President) was very accomodating and never wavered from original agreement. Our salesman Tom Gackle helped us with ordering and providing a smooth buying experience. We were treated extremely well and I would urge anyone to check with this dealership before signing on the dotted line elsewhere.

This is the third Jeep Wrangler I've owned. The first was a 2012 and the second a 2021. Jeep has stayed true to the formula but the additional refinement in the 2024 Rubicon X is welcomed since we use it as a commuter vehicle. Looks are total bad-xxx but it's much more refined than previous years. The leather interior is beautiful, it's a little quieter, and the creature comforts like adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and heated seats/steering wheel are great to have. I'd recommend the V6 engine. The 2.0L 4 cylinder is underpowered and noisy. I can't speak for the 4xe version. Unfortunately, the price of these Jeeps has skyrocketed in recent years. I'm guessing it's due to the demand. Bottom line: there's nothing not to like about this Jeep. Simple to operate (you don't need a training class for the infotainment system) and so many options to personalize it to make it your own.

I called as a follow up to a listed vehicle, the salesman Gary was very helpful in answering questions, providing additional photos and helping to make a smooth sale. Ask for Gary if you want the best price!

This is my 3rd Jeep and everyday driver. My husband bought her for me because he knew I wanted another Wrangler again. We live in Colorado, and go off-roading in the mountains; she amazes me every time! She handles in-town and highway driving great, too. I have customized her (bulbar, angry eyes grille, lift kit, etc..), which is all part of the fun!

Test drive with my daughter’s and we both loved it. Drives like a Jeep and with 63k miles was nice and tight. Looked the same as the 2017 on the lot. No frills great little base model.

This is my 4th Jeep and the quality continues to improve. My dealer experience was great despite the UAW strike as the dealer put me on a Jeep Order Tracking site where there were continuous updates on production progress. On the same page was a Jeep Forum that provided additional info as to production. Great experience in total!

Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. The manager of this dealer always greats me when I walk in and takes care of me in a friendly professional and consistent manner. I would recommend this dealership for service without question. I was impressed with Drew as he was not a high pressured salesman. He allowed me to familiarize myself with the bmw. When I asked for an inspection performed by an independent bmw dealer he agreed to this. He wanted to sell the car but moved at my place. A neighborhood used car dealer that will continue to grow. Carmen was quite helpful and personable while she processed paperwork. I will return in the future

I have a 05 inline 6 cyc. Jeep Wrangler best vehicle I have ever owned. Will go anywhere just not too good on gas. I love to drive it.

The '03 TJ's hit the sweet spot in the '97-'06 line. They were the last major revision, especially with the 'TUPY' cylinder head, and parts revisions in '04-'06's, well, have issues. 'TJ' means (last) True Jeep. The 4.0L '03's are special. You ride in a car, you drive in a Jeep.

Jeep passing jobs have been corroding at welds & hinges due to 2 diff. Metals built together. Issue for 15+ years!, recalled opens need to be addressed, my 3 rd wrangler and loved it! Great freedom ride, sport driven, outdoorsy attitude, love Jeep Wrangler the makers need to fix this cheap paint job causing our jeeps to rust prematurely!

"Just Explore Every Path is for Wrangler / Gladiator owners. Hands down a terrific off road vehicle which is slowly gaining on surface road comfort and handling. The interior is getting much better and the large user screen is awesome. Total bluetooth connect helps with the new larger screen. If you're a 1st time wrangler buyer and you hate the ride... give it time, or head off road. Jeeps love dirt, sand, and snow. If your a former or current jeep owner and you hate the ride... suck it up. You knew the ride history. That being said.. our 24 Wrangler is far better than any previous model before it. We've owned at least one new Wrangler every year since 2008. I believe I can talk openly about the millennial generation of the Wrangler. From a Sport to Sahara, Willy's to a Rubicon to the 4xE, to our 392. This 2024 Wrangler is by far Jeeps best effort... Still hate where the window switches are located. Wish Jeep would give a 5.7 L option, or smaller V8. A/C is improved, Lighting is very good at night, adaptive cruise works great. As for powertrain.. the 392 is awesome and sounds menacing, 2.0L turbocharged PHEV 4xe Not so great in real world highway over 40mph. The 2.0L turbocharged I4, the gutty little 4 that has some go power, but gas is still not great. 3.6L V6, a preffered all around option. and then the 6.4L V8... Who cares about fuel mileage, open the gates, then listen and feel the thunder.

They care overall is great. Fred is fixing any of the little things that we knew about it prior to me taking it!!! Fred added on so much and is putting new tires on and fixing any of the little things!!!!!

Hey, I got a 2007 jk wrangler with 380000km still running perfectly, off course I did some refreshing. But still reasonable and good car even daily use.

First it took some getting used to since we are not frequent drivers of stick shift… But now everything is wonderful! Well with the sturdiness and how solid it is on the road. Interior is rustic just like we wanted, soft top… Great for the Florida sunshine!

Great vehicle. mine is a soft top and the noise was expected Have to be aware of oil leak at the oil cooler. Chrysler uses a plastic material that over time will warp and not seal. The after market ones are aluminum and since you have to remove to of intake, the coils and spark plugs are accessible as well on the drivers side. Other than that it is awesome

While not a luxury car these things are tough and are so fun in the summer. Our puppy loves taking the top down and going to the beach.
