They were upfront, honest and helpful. I also liked that a sales manager did come to the desk of the sales person I worked with to negotiate the price of the vehicle. When dealers do that, it is overwhelming to the customer and seems overboard pushy.

We used Costco Auto Program. Experience was professional. Dealer did not have desired vehicle. They researched and found what we wanted. We had the new Jeep within 1 week. Eric was easy to contact, provided regular follow-ups on status, focused on our needs, and was flexible to our time needs.
