I had a great experience buying a car with Nabil! He was friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. Nabil listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car without any pressure. He really knows his stuff and gave me honest advice. After I bought the car, he even checked in to see how I was doing. If you need a car, I highly recommend Nabil. However, I had a disappointing experience with Rodriguez, the financial specialist. Despite having the highest credit score, he didn’t offer me a competitive percentage rate from well-known institutions like Bank of America, Capital One, etc. Instead, he suggested a high rate of 7.99% from lesser-known financial institutions, which just didn’t make sense to me. In comparison, Nabil, my car sales representative, was outstanding and deserves a 5-star rating for his excellent service, whereas I would give Rodriguez a 1 for not being helpful in getting a fair financial deal.

Sean replied immediately to my inquiry on cars.com and had the car waiting for a test drive a couple hours later. He was attentive and helpful, and addressed all of my concerns about the vehicle and the transaction. Sean was straightforward and genuine -- the best salesman I've ever encountered at a dealership. First class service from drop off to pick up. It was a first to receive a video of my car in the bay for its servicing that began with a 32 pt inspection. I was able to track the status and was ecstatic to receive a text and phone call that my car was ready for pick up exceedingly below the estimated time quote. Ourisman Jeep provided transportation fro and to and when I arrived my Jeep was out front sparkling from being hand washed. I cannot say enough about their customer service at every point of contact. (Roxy Rocks and I surely appreciated the kindness from each member of their team.) And the finale, my Jeep is running great! She is quite the jolly Jeep. I am most impressed with Ourisman Jeep and highly recommend them.

My experience with Shereen could not have been better. She put me at ease from our first interaction all the way until I received my keys. Not only did she assist with a complex lease buy out, she truly went out of her way to make sure I was driving home with the best car I could find. I ended up with a 2019 Volvo XC60 that I love just as much as the service I received from Sheeren. I live around 2 hours away from the dealership but I will continue to make the drive and recommend you do the same, she is worth it!

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed.
