Her professionalism was above and beyond any expectations. Although my special order took 6 month for delivery, she kept me informed of the status on a regular basis. Salesman Peyton was great to work with. I didn?t really know what I wanted other than I wanted a truck and my budget. Brought several things out to show me until we found something that checked all my the boxes. Would have given Customer Service 5 stars, but finance manager wasn?t very personable, almost rude when I asked a question.

Recently had the radiator replaced. They were quick with the repair. Also had the rear brakes serviced. New pads and rotors. The original problem was an antifreeze smell from under the hood. Tyler was professional and kept me informed along the way. The cost of the repairs were on a par with local shops, but theirs came with 2 year warranty unlimited miles on the radiator and 1 year 12,000 miles on the brakes. They turned this Pacifica around in 1 day.
