We purchased our new Dodge Durango from Koons Tysons CDJR in April. The Sales Manager, Tony Screnci, was instrumental in coordinating the sale of this vehicle. He was very responsive and transparent when answering all of our questions via email and made the sales process go smoothly. He even ensured all paperwork was in order prior to our visiting the dealership. Marc Tranen was our Product Specialist. He, too, was excellent in responding to our emails and furnished information in a timely manner. Unlike sales staff at other dealerships, he never pressured us into making a decision. On the day we signed the contract, he checked with staff throughout the process to see how things were progressing and kept us informed. He spent time demonstrating all the electronic features of the vehicle and even synced our phones in the car's system. He was very easy to communicate with and made us feel comfortable. He gave us his business card and encouraged us to contact him if we had further questions. This is a great dealership and we would defintely consider buying another vehicle from them!!

My experience with Shereen could not have been better. She put me at ease from our first interaction all the way until I received my keys. Not only did she assist with a complex lease buy out, she truly went out of her way to make sure I was driving home with the best car I could find. First class service from drop off to pick up. It was a first to receive a video of my car in the bay for its servicing that began with a 32 pt inspection. I was able to track the status and was ecstatic to receive a text and phone call that my car was ready for pick up exceedingly below the estimated time quote. Ourisman Jeep provided transportation fro and to and when I arrived my Jeep was out front sparkling from being hand washed. I cannot say enough about their customer service at every point of contact. (Roxy Rocks and I surely appreciated the kindness from each member of their team.) And the finale, my Jeep is running great! She is quite the jolly Jeep. I am most impressed with Ourisman Jeep and highly recommend them.

Every person worked as part of an effective team that were excited to get me what I wanted and worked diligently to meet my goal. I bought a new vehicle.
