New and used 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe SUVs for sale near Valle Vista, CA

I had never heard of a waiting list at a dealership but they had one. We arrived at about noon an waited for about 10 minutes before someone helped us. It was a great and fun process. Long because buying a car is never quick but we left feeling like we got a good deal and happy with our new car.

Advisor cley very informative and knowledgeable. Brought in my vehicle for service check in process was quick and easy, with appointment . Received text alert when vehicle was ready for pickup.

Service is top notch!! I live some distance away, and pass two other dealerships to have my service work done. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I took my car in because it misfired mutiltiple times and wouldn't start. However when a diagnostic test was done the engine light went off and the car started as normal. Carlos called me and said everything was fine but they wanted to keep the care one more day to make sure. I was stilled concerned because a diagnostic test was over $200. I told Carlos the thought of paying over $200 for someone to look at my car hurts financially. He said, well our men did take time to work on it . I said okay I understand. When he called me to tell me I can pick up my car I said he also said to me that his manager said there will be no charge. I cried. I couldn't believe it. I felt like Moss Brothers care about me as a human being and not just a car invoice. My car is running great. And I feel I can take my car to Moss Brothers and not worry if I'm being taken advantage of.

We had our Grand Wagoner serviced a Moss Bros Dodge and Jeep in Riverside. Our Service Waiter,Austin was awesome. Very knowledgeable and up to date on our vehicle. The service was performed on time and with great communication from our Service Writer, Auston. Thumbs up to Mosd Bros Dodge and Jeep.

Basel is so friendly! We had an issue getting our appointment scheduled properly but he took care of us anyway when I showed up for an oil change. Super reliable and efficient!

I wanted to give a big Thank You to Miguel Segundo. I came in on Wednesday, June 7th with an issue with my radio. Accordingly, to the dealership I originally purchased my vehicle from stated that I did not have a warranty when the vehicle was purchased. I went home and was able to contact Miguel with the information. I had my radio purchased and installed within a week. Again, thank you for your taking care of me. Service writer Carlos is awesome! Communication is important to me because I need to plan my day and week. Carlos called as promised the day after I dropped my car off for a diagnostics on the remote keyless entry system. I was 100% convinced the receiver was bad because I had checked the remote batteries with a meter. They tested fine, so I took the car in. Well, my car was fixed, quickly, and for a very reasonable price. Needless to say I am very pleased I didn’t need a new unit and I wasn’t without my car for more than a day. I would also like to compliment Moss Bros CDJR on their new service drive and advisor offices. A very nice upgrade that is sure to please both the advisors but mostly the customers. Well done!

I was having issues with the steering or alignment on my Jeep. I made the appointment and they got me in right away. Josh Petty was my service writer and he exceeded my expectations. He did a thorough inspection and made several recommendations. I appreciated this as I am always concerned for my safety as well as the safety of my passengers. The work was done in a quick manner and it is driving like a champ! I highly recommend Josh Petty, I could tell he really cares about the client.
