Doing business with Car Vision, Maple Shade, NJ is the best thing I did. The sales rep, Alberto was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the business and acted professionally. The accounting personnel, service staff to the management are all so friendly. It’s exactly a month today that I got the car, and it’s running smoothly. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who’s looking for electric car.

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

The Jeep dealerships don't do body work on the vehicles. It has to be farmed out to a body shop....and this is across the board, not just this state.

The JL exceeded my expectations. In the past Wranglers were clunky and didn't really feel like they were put together too well. My son had a JK and it was a huge advance forward. So I decided to buy the JL and I think it was another huge leap forward. I have fully loaded Ram 2500 but I find myself taking the Jeep most of the time. Okay part of that is trying to park a long bed crew cab, But I do enjoy driving the Jeep and have taken it across country a couple of times. After a 122,000 miles I still love it.

Dear Lilliston Family, I turned 50 years old last June and my husband gifted me a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited High Altitude 4xe. Understand that my Dad worked for Chrysler for 43 years before his death. My childhood was filled with tales from the assembly line. He referenced cars that went through Newark Assembly by the body letter. Lee Iacocca was the closest human to a saint in our home. Chrysler put my brothers and me through college. Despite a stray Honda, Isuzu, and Chevy, in my 34 years of driving, I?ve owned 1 Plymouth, 2 Chryslers, 1 Dodge, and 9 Jeeps. My husband has owned 2 Rams. I noticed with my 2018 Renegade and Wrangler that the quality of the Jeep product was declining; however, I was satisfied with Jeep?s ability to retain value. After malfunctions in three of the eight months of ownership, I traded in my 4xe this February and subsequently lost the $17500 of equity we?d invested, in addition to negative equity for a total of $35000 in losses over 8 months. That has never ever happened in a Jeep. To say I felt devastated and cheated would be a gross understatement. I felt downright betrayed. This exchange had an adverse affect every time I drove the vehicle I was forced to settle on to replace it. Three weeks ago, I happened upon a Bronco with its top down at one of my son?s soccer games. With the help of Aaron Swain and the Ford Employee Purchase offer, I was able to purchase my first Ford product. I don?t think it?s a coincidence that the heavens opened up on Friday as I was picking up my new Bronco from your dealership. I?m sure my late father, God rest his soul, has mixed emotions about his baby girl, driving in his arch nemesis, a Ford. However, I think my dad would be most grateful about the respect I was given by your entire staff, starting with Aaron. He went out of his way to find a vehicle for me that I could afford. He gave me a fair deal on my car, which he knew I did not want. He communicated with me, even on his day off. Frankly, it?s been my experience lately that this type of service is more the exception than the rule. And I just wanted to take the opportunity to recognize him, and extend my gratitude to you. Not just for your sales team, but your advertised willingness to provide valued convenience services such as loaner cars to benefit customers after the purchase of a vehicle. Though my older brother who used to work at the Jeep assembly plant in Toledo disagrees with me, I have absolutely no regrets. I am happy in my Bronco. And I don?t feel like I betrayed my dad, who always told me to get back up on my horse whenever life got me down. I feel I literally did just that with my new Bronco! Your team was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. For me, the character of the sales team is just as important as the quality of the vehicle. So far it’s been fantastic… I have read some reviews and knock on wood… have not had any problems. I love everything the 4xe does… I am averaging 26 mpg. For a wrangler that’s fantastic!

This dealership was honest and helpful, but we did not purchase a car here because they would not accept a PFFCU AutoDraft. They insisted on providing their own financing, or would accept a down payment and a cashier's check from the credit union.
