FINALLY an Overall Great Experience

We've been bringing our Dodge Grand Caravans (we are on our 2nd caravan) to Moss Motors of Riverside for years. In the last 5 years, we've had some pretty horrible experiences. Just when we thought we found a good service tech that did his job and followed through and answered his phone, etc, etc., one we could continue to schedule appointments with, he'd leave. We were on the brink of never returning to Moss Motors, it was that bad.
This last experience (10/1/18) the service operator scheduled me with Randy Folds. I briefly told her of our horrible experiences in the past, but she assured me that despite him being new to Moss Motors, he was good. My 2013 Grand Caravan was in need of a tune up and 100K service.
I had an appointment at 8:00 and was greeted and helped shortly after Randy finished with a previous customer. He was very friendly and helpful. The price was exactly as he had quoted me earlier in the day (Moss always has a habit of finding things "wrong" with my car, causing additional charges, etc.). My car was done in a timely manner and he called when my car was actually done, versus waiting until mid day to even start looking at my car, etc.
Randy Folds saved Moss Motors from loosing a customer. My only hope is that he'll be there the next time my van needs servicing.
