It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

Sales persons were very informative and provided quality service. Sales manager took time to confirm eligibility for all possible rebate offers. Financing took time to answer all questions and reached out for confirmation on questions from customer.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

The service was was ok. My oil monitor wasn't changed back to 0 miles once it was changed and I had to go back a second time.

I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

The repairs, although delayed due to weather and parts availability, were completed with such precision and care that when I finally picked up my Jeep on February 13th, 2025, it ran like it was brand new. The attention to detail and professionalism displayed by Lynn and her team were unmatched, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. I am truly thankful for Lynn's support, her exceptional customer service, and the hard work of her team. Despite being incredibly busy, Lynn's commitment to ensuring that my vehicle was repaired properly and efficiently exceeded all expectations. The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.

Customer service is always great at Criswell. They are communicative and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their GM vehicle serviced or repaired!

This is my 2nd Jeep Wrangler. I absolutely love it!!!! I ordered it new, so I have all the bells and whistles I wanted. The SOT is fabulous. It is so fun to drive and I get compliments all the time about how beautiful it is. Receiving ducks and giving out ducks is a blast. The Jeep wave is awesome, too. Wranglers also keep their value.

Overall, I had a good experience with Auto Expo. I scheduled a test drive the day prior, and they had the car waiting out front for me when I got there. After the test drive, I was allowed to make a thorough inspection of the car and Abraham answered all of my questions and critiques on the car. I pointed out some issues with the car--for example, the trunk cargo mat was gone--and they proceeded to fix the issues where possible. The lot and the office are both small and cramped. Parking and moving around felt a bit awkward, and there was clutter that needs to go. In the end though, that's not a big deal though, as I care most about the car and the price I'm paying for it. Speaking of price, negotiations with Auto Expo were the most cordial of the places I visited that day, which was appreciated given how all negotiations are at least a little bit awkward. Again, I had a positive experience.

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

Had a great experience working with salesman Jonathan Molina and the finance team. Koons offered the best price and made sure I received a competitive rate. They also didn’t add in any ridiculous fees (I explicitly said no maintenance package at the beginning and they respected that).

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

Jimmy at Carmart. was absolutely terrific. Out of the dozens of times I have bought a car from anyone this was the most smoothest ever one that I felt no unease about. Jimmy took care of a problem after the sale with no hassles even picked up and delivered my wife while his crew worked on the car. By far the best dealership I have ever worked with. If you’re looking for an honest dealership that you don’t feel will cheat you this is the one.

This Jeep was meant for me. The Jeep that I had been riding around with is a 2008, so any Jeep would have been an upgrade:) However, the design, the interior, and of course the after market lift, and tires, make me feel proud of what I drive. I was even able to create a personalized plate through them. I welcome "Blad Betty" into the family with open arms.

We purchased our new Dodge Durango from Koons Tysons CDJR in April. The Sales Manager, Tony Screnci, was instrumental in coordinating the sale of this vehicle. He was very responsive and transparent when answering all of our questions via email and made the sales process go smoothly. He even ensured all paperwork was in order prior to our visiting the dealership. Marc Tranen was our Product Specialist. He, too, was excellent in responding to our emails and furnished information in a timely manner. Unlike sales staff at other dealerships, he never pressured us into making a decision. On the day we signed the contract, he checked with staff throughout the process to see how things were progressing and kept us informed. He spent time demonstrating all the electronic features of the vehicle and even synced our phones in the car's system. He was very easy to communicate with and made us feel comfortable. He gave us his business card and encouraged us to contact him if we had further questions. This is a great dealership and we would defintely consider buying another vehicle from them!!

This review is for a 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Willys. I had traded in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Sahara. So I know these Jeep’s not only last a long time, but are reliable. The new Jeep is beautiful, runs well, and is fun to drive. Exceptional on road and off road performer. Snow, rain, sleet, or mud, this Jeep can handle pretty much any conditions.

I was recently in the market for a low mileage used car and ran across their website. They had a large selection of vehicles in my price range with the equipment I desired. i drive a Cadillac SRX luxury and i had this jeep rented for four months and i found it difficult to get back in my car after having the 2.0 turbocharged model unlimited 4 door hard top!

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. This Jeep has extrmely low miles for a 2015. Very, very good conditon both mechanically and appearence. Well below Blue Book Value. Fully loaded for a Jeep, way to much to list.

Purchased in August 2020 with 8.5k miles for $41k, headlights suck, tachometer, auto start stop, radio, running lights got completely messed up for whatever reason this year, dealer fixed all but start/stop for cheap but the vehicle idles rough and sometimes shifts odd. Now has 31k miles and hasn't had any major issues. Engine has lots of pep and it's fun to ride around in with the top off. Remote start and CarPlay/Android Auto work well but the vehicle feels cheap and is scary at speeds over 80 mph.
