Erin was not pushy at all, knew her cars, and although I am not a great negotiator, I was able to reduce the listed price of the vehicle and both sides compromised on a price rather quickly .She provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision and did not make any false promises. Most of all, the price of the car is all-inclusive and they are not trying to add on things to jack up the price so you are both on the same page. The test drive was by myself so I could really see if the car drove well and fit me. She even drove me back from the rental car drop off after closing hours, so I wouldn't have to walk a mile back to the dealership. From a safety perspective, every employee was wearing a mask and social distancing was observed when possible. Great no-pressure environment.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

We went to Michael Stead Hilltop Jeep to look at the New Jeep Cherokee. I knew what I wanted. We meant Dave Holt , Internet Manager. He took the time to try and find me the Cherokee I wanted, however we could not locate one. Dave suggested we order the Jeep Trailhawk just the way we wanted it. So we did. He keep in contact with us each week to let us know how the build was coming along. Today we picked up our New Jeep Trailhawk. It was better than I thought it would be. Great service. Were waiting with vehicle parked in front, as promised, at the appointed hour. Beautiful showroom with lovely lounge area. Salespeople super nice. Managers, super nice.

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep
