I’ve had mostly BMWs and Audis over the years and cycled through a few TJs and a YJ as a weekend car. I’ve been driving my 4Xe as a daily for 6 weeks now and love it. It’s quiet, comfortable and generally fun to drive. Not a rocket but definitely quick enough to merge. It is loud on the highway and something to consider if you travel long distances. For me and my short commute, it’s perfect. I got 900 miles on my first tank of gas and average 32 MPG in hybrid. With everything going on in the world, it just makes me smile. Is it for everyone? No.

Overall good service and great cars the only thing I didn't like is that all cars come with no dealer warranty

We had just experienced a bad customer service situation at another dealer and went right over to Carlsbad Jeep to buy the car we wanted. Ronald Robinson was our sales associate and he was great. He showed us exactly what we wanted and let us take our time comparing all the different models we needed to. There was no pressure and the overall buying experience was great.

Every team member especially Varlin was extraordinary with helping me get the car I wanted. I was very satisfied with my first experience dealing with the BMW dealership.

I’ve owned this for 2.5 years, I bought it because it was as jeep and allowed me to drive it in electric mode. Few problems. I drive it almost exclusively in electric mode. Yes, there are times when electric is unavailable but that is due to not putting gas in for a long time. Once I even put in 2-3 gals. good to go.

Junior And Billy were great! As I arrived junior helped me out quickly, he told me straight up how long it was going to take, which I appreciate, when I went back to pick the jeep up the next day Billy gave me an update on everything the was done to the car. Everything was quick and easy. Thanks!

I contacted El Cajon Mitsubishi about a car they had on their website and I can't say enough good things about my car buying experience with these guys from the very beginning. If you are on the market for a vehicle you should give this dealership a try. The Super Team of Terry, Bob, Annie and Matt helped us get the car we wanted without any hassles (oh wait did I said car) let me clarify that; it should be cars (plural) we drove from AZ and ended up buying a car for my wife as well, both cars had low miles and the price was great. This is by far the best car buying process I've ever had in my entire life and I have bought plenty of cars. These guys are straight forward professionals and there is absolutely NO BS when dealing with them. Billy is wonderful. Always gets us in and makes sure everything is taken care of. We have an adapted van for our girls who are in wheelchairs so he's very conscientious of getting the work done quickly.

We worked with James Benway in purchasing a Jeep Wrangler and had a VERY POSITIVE experience. We had not purchased a car for 8 years so a lot with cars had changed. James explained all the features re the Jeep, researched other vehicles that fit our needs, and came up with a fair price. Throughout the process James was very patient and created a stress free experience. As good as our car buying experience was, James has followed up after the sale and offered to answer any questions we may have. Something you don't find very often with car salespeople. There is a lot of new technology working together in this car so i recommend a extended service plan. That being said this hybrid Wrangler has more power, quieter (got hard top insulation), and smoother riding (I have a Sahara High Altitute) than the Rubicon ICE previously owned. So far at 19k miles no mechanical issues.

After looking for my car online at cars.com I found the car I wanted at ecars in San Diego. Robert (bob) and Ray were easy to work with and there was NO pressure to buy anything. Unfortunately most sales guys at dealerships use the "what's it gonna take to get you into this vehicle today" approach. Not at ecars I will be back in the future and highly suggest giving them a try at satisfying your needs for a vehicle
