I don't do a ton of posting but I have to tell you all about my experience with this auto dealer! I am 57 years old and I have bought sold many cars and trucks throughout my lifetime. I can honestly tell you that this was the most pleasurable, most hassle free auto buying experience that I ever had. From the moment I walked in the door, test drove the vehicle, negotiated an amazing price, and got through financing, the whole process took no more than an hour and a half. I was so surprised and I can actually say dumbfounded when they called my name to sign the paperwork and hand me the keys to my new truck. I kid you not an hour and a half they could not have been nicer, they could not have been more accommodating and concerned with my needs and my price range and they got me into the vehicle that I wanted! I drove all the way from Palm Springs to Temecula and Greg Carey the Fleet / internet sales manager had the truck set aside for me with my name on it so it wouldn't be sold until I got there. The truck was detailed, filled with gasoline and the paperwork was ready. All we had to do was agree on a price and I was out of there. Do yourself a solid and go see Greg and his team, and you'll have the best buying experience of your life I promise. I’ve owned this for 2.5 years, I bought it because it was as jeep and allowed me to drive it in electric mode. Few problems. I drive it almost exclusively in electric mode. Yes, there are times when electric is unavailable but that is due to not putting gas in for a long time. Once I even put in 2-3 gals. good to go.

My first interaction with a representative from STG via cel phone did not result in a transaction that met my satisfaction. Some days later I was contacted by a different representative and things went very smoothly. Caesar Q and I reached an agreement that he confirmed by email. I drove down from San Jose with my trade in vehicle and a cashiers check and arrived well after dark. The truck was prepared and ready for me to perform a thorough inspection and test drive. I was inside, outside and under the truck and it was very clean and looked as good as it did in the photos. Caesar was a pleasure to meet and work with. Very friendly and easy to communicate with, he and I shared some similar interests. The paperwork went smoothly and Caesar explained everything about the process as we went along. I’ve had mostly BMWs and Audis over the years and cycled through a few TJs and a YJ as a weekend car. I’ve been driving my 4Xe as a daily for 6 weeks now and love it. It’s quiet, comfortable and generally fun to drive. Not a rocket but definitely quick enough to merge. It is loud on the highway and something to consider if you travel long distances. For me and my short commute, it’s perfect. I got 900 miles on my first tank of gas and average 32 MPG in hybrid. With everything going on in the world, it just makes me smile. Is it for everyone? No.

There is a lot of new technology working together in this car so i recommend a extended service plan. That being said this hybrid Wrangler has more power, quieter (got hard top insulation), and smoother riding (I have a Sahara High Altitute) than the Rubicon ICE previously owned. So far at 19k miles no mechanical issues.

I had an issue with my blower motor for my air conditioner making a lot of noise. The vehicle was under warranty and they inspected it and found, at least they claimed, the head of a mouse stuck inside the unit it was causing the noise. I had to leave my vehicle on a Monday before New Year's, and I received it back on Thursday. According to the repair process for most, if not all, Dodge dealers this was done somewhat expeditiously. A positive note is that I was given a rental coordinated through their in-house contracted rental company. They are also able to give me a truck to replace my truck at no cost. The service advisor, Kirk, was very good. He's been around a while and gives you accurate information. All in all it was a decent experience. But something has to be done about the long way times for repairs. I would recommend the dealer to anyone trying to decide where to take their vehicle for repair.

I was recently in the market for a new car for my son. My husband and I met Marty Striano, who is an exceptional salesman. Marty steered us into the purchase of a truck that we did not even really think about until he asked quite a few questions. Our son is going to a new trade school, but will also be working and he enjoys riding his dirt bike in his spare time. A truck ended up being the perfect vehicle for him. He was not going to be driving far so gas was not a huge worry. He spends a lot of time outdoors and he loves to go dirt bike riding so the truck is perfect to transport his dirt bike. Marty was just so patient and kind. I usually dread the car buying experience, but Marty made it quite pleasant. He even brought me nice coffee. Marty Striano is a great asset to DCH. I look forward to calling Marty again for our next car purchase.

I had a wonderful experience with Robert. He was very flexible with me when I was coming from 96 miles away. It was very nice of him to set aside extra time for me and my mother. Processing the purchase of the car was great as well. I loved how thorough Robert was with making sure we really wanted the car. He wasn’t pushy or anything but just ensuring that me and my mother would be happy with what we take home. I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come here if there are no better options anywhere close to where we live.

Great Jeep has plenty of leg space best car I’ve ever owned would recommend it to anyone so comfortable I’m glad I stopped in to just look at the Jeep’s and drove off with one

I always own a Jeep, and love my 2 Grand Cherokee, so I'm not surprised so much, but this is a hybrid and I really want to try an electric powered car and I can say I love it.

I loved my 2018 Wrangler JL and swore that I would only trade it in if Jeep developed a hybrid. 2021 they did! Had it for a week and it hasn’t disappointed! Power, great handling, quiet and fuel efficient. It really turns heads!
