I brought my 2021 Sportage in for an oil change and multi-point inspection. I bought the vehicle from a different Kia dealer and wanted it checked out by dealer closer to my home in DC. The service reps were prompt and courteous. Everything went smoothly. The only reason I didn’t rate my experience at five stars was because the facility was in a cramped location. They may be involved in making improvements to the service area—which would be great.

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned, fuel savings combined with functionality! Highly recommend for outdoor enthusiasts who want to decrease their dependency on gasoline! Get one!

I’ve owned this for 2.5 years, I bought it because it was as jeep and allowed me to drive it in electric mode. Few problems. I drive it almost exclusively in electric mode. Yes, there are times when electric is unavailable but that is due to not putting gas in for a long time. Once I even put in 2-3 gals. good to go.

There is a lot of new technology working together in this car so i recommend a extended service plan. That being said this hybrid Wrangler has more power, quieter (got hard top insulation), and smoother riding (I have a Sahara High Altitute) than the Rubicon ICE previously owned. So far at 19k miles no mechanical issues.

We have been buying our jeeps and getting them maintained at the Waldorf Chrysler Jeep, Waldorf, MD for over 35 years. We could always count on them to be honest, reliable and most attentive to our needs. The service department, specially Kenny and Jimmy, are most knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions. Recently, Kenny had to make an arrangement for our transportation to go back and forth between our home and the dealer's, so we didn't have to wait there all day for our emission recall, They sure know how to make our repairs painless. Often, we stopped by for minor repairs and questions. They were always more than happy to help us. Buying a Jeep is one thing, but to service a Jeep is far more important than just buying one. We value their business and opinions.

As an indecisive person I am overwhelmed by the thought of shopping for a car but when friends and family encouraged me to visit Dulles Motorcars Jeep in Leesburg, Virginia I was not disappointed. Quite the contrary. I was tremendously pleased and will recommend this location to anyone I know. It was an absolute pleasure meeting with Bobby and test driving cars with Mustapha. They both were delightfully friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. In fact, they made me feel at home which was a relief on its own. I always own a Jeep, and love my 2 Grand Cherokee, so I'm not surprised so much, but this is a hybrid and I really want to try an electric powered car and I can say I love it.
