I’ve owned this for 2.5 years, I bought it because it was as jeep and allowed me to drive it in electric mode. Few problems. I drive it almost exclusively in electric mode. Yes, there are times when electric is unavailable but that is due to not putting gas in for a long time. Once I even put in 2-3 gals. good to go.

My sales AD was great to work with! He was no pressure, no hassle. He was patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I got the car I went to the dealership for and left very happy. AD is the reason! He went above and beyond to make it a great experience.

There is a lot of new technology working together in this car so i recommend a extended service plan. That being said this hybrid Wrangler has more power, quieter (got hard top insulation), and smoother riding (I have a Sahara High Altitute) than the Rubicon ICE previously owned. So far at 19k miles no mechanical issues.

I’ve had mostly BMWs and Audis over the years and cycled through a few TJs and a YJ as a weekend car. I’ve been driving my 4Xe as a daily for 6 weeks now and love it. It’s quiet, comfortable and generally fun to drive. Not a rocket but definitely quick enough to merge. It is loud on the highway and something to consider if you travel long distances. For me and my short commute, it’s perfect. I got 900 miles on my first tank of gas and average 32 MPG in hybrid. With everything going on in the world, it just makes me smile. Is it for everyone? No.

I loved my 2018 Wrangler JL and swore that I would only trade it in if Jeep developed a hybrid. 2021 they did! Had it for a week and it hasn’t disappointed! Power, great handling, quiet and fuel efficient. It really turns heads!

I had never heard of a waiting list at a dealership but they had one. We arrived at about noon an waited for about 10 minutes before someone helped us. It was a great and fun process. Long because buying a car is never quick but we left feeling like we got a good deal and happy with our new car.

My first interaction with a representative from STG via cel phone did not result in a transaction that met my satisfaction. Some days later I was contacted by a different representative and things went very smoothly. Caesar Q and I reached an agreement that he confirmed by email. I drove down from San Jose with my trade in vehicle and a cashiers check and arrived well after dark. The truck was prepared and ready for me to perform a thorough inspection and test drive. I was inside, outside and under the truck and it was very clean and looked as good as it did in the photos. Caesar was a pleasure to meet and work with. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They answered all my questions and made the entire car-buying process seamless.

I had an issue with my blower motor for my air conditioner making a lot of noise. The vehicle was under warranty and they inspected it and found, at least they claimed, the head of a mouse stuck inside the unit it was causing the noise. I had to leave my vehicle on a Monday before New Year's, and I received it back on Thursday. According to the repair process for most, if not all, Dodge dealers this was done somewhat expeditiously. A positive note is that I was given a rental coordinated through their in-house contracted rental company. They are also able to give me a truck to replace my truck at no cost. The service advisor, Kirk, was very good. He's been around a while and gives you accurate information. All in all it was a decent experience. But something has to be done about the long way times for repairs. I would recommend the dealer to anyone trying to decide where to take their vehicle for repair.
