I never liked the cherokees. My previous SUV a pathfinder served us well for 13 years. Thought we would be driving another but took a cherokee for a test drive and we were sold. We picked the limited with the six and boy does it move. Regular gas a major plus , all the bells n whistles of the pathfinder and better mileage to boot.

Was on the road and needed a Chevrolet dealership to change the oil in a new Corvette. This is not my normal dealership and was hesitant to take my car to anyone I didn't know. The service writer understood my hesitation and assured me they would give me the best possible experience. Put the car in valet mode and it recorded every time they moved the car. The video shows them being very careful with the car when putting in on the rack and getting back out to the service drive. They were quick and efficient. Nothing to complain about and I appreciate it.

I researched purchasing a 2018 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. I contacted 4 dealerships and only Superior in Conway was willing to make the trade value of my vehicle as well discount the wrangler unlimited when no dealership in Little Rock who on TV ???says??? or in North Little Rock was willing to make the deal. Kameron, sales, was very patient and even found that I qualified for employee discount from my wife???s employer being an affiliate. Signing papers was great too. The first dealership who didn???t push extra warranty (I was very pleased). I will definitely purchase here again.

2017 Dodge Ram been to Fletcher in Sherwood several times, I was treated like crap and feel like I went through xxxx. Took truck today to Superior and they made me feel so amazing! I don???t have truck back have no idea how long it might be in shop, but for the first time since problems started I don???t care because of how well I was treated today! They sent me on my way in a rental and I???m as happy as could be! We definitely have a new dealership and service department that we will be loyal to! Everyone I spoke to in service was extremely nice and made sure I was taken care of!

I had two of the most wonderful salesmen ever! Dosy and Justin were very helpful in getting my dream car at an affordable price! They were super patient with me and explained all the information associated with purchasing a new vehicle to me. The car I wanted was not on the lot when I went to the dealership. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

I was currently in the market for a new car. i had a 2009 KIA optima that was giving me trouble. I was debating on a SUV or a cross over and let me tell you this jeep renegade is the best cross over to find. I have 4 year old which means i have a big car seat but it fits in the car just fine. My son is tall and he has more then enough leg rove. The car is not to high or low its just right so you dont have to work about jumping up in the car. It can easily fit someone in the car that 6'6 With enough leg room. I'm 5'4 and its a perfect size for me. I didn't want nothing to big so this car was a perfect option. It feels like a big SUV but its not. I rented a jeep Cherokee for a day and it felt like it was the same size of my car from the inside. Im really happy i picked this car. My first jeep and i love it. Its such a mommy car

So I'd like to start with I know I probably was not the easiest client to deal with at times; but this team of people understood why I was so upset and frankly p*ssed off with the whole situation. They did not give up on my attitude or car. Anyone who purchases a car that is within the power train warranty always wonders why did this person trade in a 'perfectly good car'. Well, there is usually a reason for that. Upon test driving the vehicle and noticing an off noise but being told it was "normal" I rolled the dice that the power train would cover the off engine noise we noticed unless it was in fact supposed to sound that way. Which it wasn't (it does not make the sound from the the test drive since). Sure enough, before the first payment, the engine took a crap and gave me the panic of a lifetime. I had just made this huge purchase and now it will need a new engine? The whole point of purchasing a new or 1 owner car was to have a GOOD RELIABLE VEHICLE that I would not need to worry about for a while. Everyone worries that the larger components could and will fail right out the gate leaving you with a mount of repair bills and a xxx that is now a money pit. I called the dealership and explained what was happening and they were very understanding why I was upset with this. Melinda was able to get me lined out... eventually. It took a new engine and 3 new sensors I believe but she got it done. I did tell Melinda to please do not rush this. It's an engine. I work in service and understand not all your techs and do all your jobs. there's a reason each tech works on what they work on. And I get that. But when we were coming up on the 2 month mark it was getting frustrating. Not to mentino the rental. So I am finally about to come pick the car up. FINALLY. But upon taking delivery of the car, we didn't even make it home before the check engine light comes back. We JUST installed a new engine and a sensor ( sensors are picky and finicky it seems). Took it back immediately ( it was Saturday so I had it back Monday morning). They got me square away with the sensors however I believe Jim (who isn't here anymore to my understanding) was the advisor for that small ticket. This was when i believe we had to get 2 sensors taken care of. Then about 3 weeks later on the freeway all the sudden the transmission felt like it disengaged and a message about putting the car into neutral flashed up with the engine light. I lost it . I cried (we aren't even going to talk about the rental car/The most expensive cup of ranch incident ever -- but I'd be more than happy to hook Lauren and her dept. up with an awesome courtesy vehicle review). Was this ever going to end with this xxxx car? I called you guys up and was about 20 minutes away, upset, late to work at a new job, and pissed. But Lauren had the rental ready to go as this happened en route to work. Melinda was there and ready to run my codes as it appeared pretty serious at first glance. But come to find it was a loose battery terminal. The service department did in fact verify this thoroughly and did NOT charge me for the day of diag ( I did have a little under a full tank when I brought it that morning but was not even worried about that as long as I had the gas to get home and I did). I would absolutely recommend y'all to someone; if they will be treated the same if not better. Thanks everyone for putting up with me. working in service has made me learn a lot but also to expect nothing less than what I would let a customer's purchase roll like.

My 2009 Traverse was beginning to bleed us a bit every month or two so we decided it was time to shop. I spent quite a bit of time researching my next vehicle and based on reliability, safety and other desired features narrowed it down to a Subaru Forester and Kia Sorento. I test drove a Forester 2 years ago when my wife was shopping for a new car but had never been in a Kia of any sort. I requested internet pricing from a total of 3 dealerships. Steve Landers Kia responded with an e-mail within a minute asking if they could call. I replied yes and was contacted by phone within the next 30 minutes. The other two dealerships contacted me the following day. I ended up at Steve Landers that very afternoon and fell head over hills with the Sorento. I felt that I should at least run by the Subaru dealership and take the Forester for another spin, after all it was about 10 grand cheaper similarly equipped. Before that test drive wss over I knew I was buying the Sorento. My salesman was Steve Parks, a fine, personable man with whom I immediately felt comfortable. The internet qoute i got was for a lower priced Sorento but i was able to get the same reduction percent-wise on the premium model - about 11% off sticker. I got a fair trade value for the Ttaverse. All very painless and 95% of it done over the phone. The actual purchase took a little longer than was necessary (about an hour) but, in all fairness, we were operating under a very tight schedule that afternoon which increased our impatience. The delays certainly had nothing to do with negotiations. The deal was firm. The finance guy, when we got to him was efficient and offered, but did not push, extended warranties and the like. We were introduced to the general manager and Service Department manager. A nicebtpuch. Steve Landers Autogroup just recently purchased this dealership. The building is likely mid-seventies construction but it really didn't affect my desire to purchase. They will be moving to a highly modern facility within 6 months. I really don't interact with anyone else but I observed a lot more on my three visits to the dealership. The sales staff was friendly, even playing extensively with a couple of young grade-schoolers waiting on their mother working with another agent. Overall I'd have to say this was one of my best - no THE best - car-buying experience in my nearly 60 tears. Thanks especially to Steve Parks who made it all happen.

Great car! It has a lot of space. I never imagined myself in an SUV. I have always been a sedan woman. I love it, it’s very comfortable, spacious and drives just like a brand new car!

As always the service department is friendly, reliable and trust worthy. My daughter's car needing servicing and although it is not a mazda the service department provided the same excellent care as they have provided in the past for my mazda. Because of the reliability of the service department my daughter plans on her next vehicle not only being a mazda but also purchasing from this dealership. They treat me with respect and have been honest in all my dealings with them. I have come to rely on Crain Mazda for all my service needs.

I recently had my vehicle totaled by an uninsured driver, so this week I found myself shopping for a replacement vehicle, instead of having one that is nearly paid off. If you have never had this happen to you, well let's just say you don't probably have the "buying power" that you would like. I honestly had become frustrated by the whole experience, I am a pretty simple guy and don't really look for anything fancy in a vehicle. I finally settled on either a Jeep Renegade or Patriot, leaning towards the Patriot. So I went to Steve Landers Jeep. Winston pulled up in a golf cart before we had even gotten out of the car, introduced himself and just started asking questions. No pressure, just an honest, friendly, helpful attitude. I explained the situation and what I was looking for and in about 5 minutes Winston had me standing in front of what would become my new ride (Dark Cherry Red Jeep Patriot). Low miles, 2017 model and I love the "Old Jeep Cherokee look" back when they still had corners and weren't all rounded. So basically the perfect vehicle for me. Winston guided us through the process and in a very short time, I had a very nice vehicle that I like and a very reasonable payment. I don't think it could have gone smoother if we had planned it ahead of time. Winston even helped me get the vehicle bluetooth set up and connected to my phone, works great. I made the appointment to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee on line and was assigned to Winston Marshall. The day before the appointment, Winston called to make certain or to confirm the time. On the day of the appointment, he was there waiting with the suggested car ready to go. The test ride went fine as I owned a older model. The real test was the actual car buying experience, he asked the right questions, was very transparent with all of the negotiations and transactions. I was not certain if I would buy the car today but I got there at 1:30 and at around 3:45, the papers to purchase the auto were being signed. I was there for almost another hour meeting with the Financial Person and waiting for the car to be ready. Winston was the most honest, knowledgeable and transparent car sells man I have ever encounter and I have purchase many cars over my 50 years of purchasing cars.

I know that by choosing a higher trim level will get more standard features, and additional options will make a new SUV more luxurious and raise the final purchase price, but with the Jeep that I bought it has alot of features at trim levels that l want to own, and still be within the price parameters that are affordable. I think this is a good Jeep if you are looking to just own one that is supposedly more affordable. However wasn’t a fan of how the transmission shifting felt and just felt like something was off. It was a good car though overall.
