2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

She's very attentive to detail, kindly provides answers to all my questions, and even after the purchase she keeps in touch to find out if everything works well and if there are no complains. I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. I’m writing this review because Brennen and Julia his manager had a clear customer forward focus. The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

Great vehicle. mine is a soft top and the noise was expected Have to be aware of oil leak at the oil cooler. Chrysler uses a plastic material that over time will warp and not seal. The after market ones are aluminum and since you have to remove to of intake, the coils and spark plugs are accessible as well on the drivers side. Other than that it is awesome

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and said hello to us. The service department is fantastic getting us in and out at a timely manner.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I came in for routine maintenance. Chance Lamb was the representative who assisted me. I had a very vague issue that I wanted them to check out. He was very nice and heard me out and took my concern seriously and wasn’t condescending which I appreciated.

My Grand Cherokee Laredo E just turned 50,000 miles a few days ago. Other than routine maintenance, the only money that I have invested in it was for 4 tires last month. Extremely comfortable, capable and reliable. While not delivering Prius-like gas mileage, given the performance it provides in all types of weather.............NO COMPLAINTS !

Just got a new Mazda thus week. I have had Mazdas since 1992 and never disappointed. They are dependable and reliable. The only time I have had any problems was when I was rear-ended by a semi years ago and even that was not the fault of my car. They are a dependable vehicle and not bad on price or looks! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Bought the vehicle with 30,000 miles. Turned over 100,000 this week after four years. ZERO unplanned visits to the dealership. Just normal oil, filters, wipers. Since we tow a 3500-pound boat, decided to replace the brakes at 80,000 miles, turns out there was still plenty of material left. Infotainment screen developed minor delamination this spring. Was still working fine but decided to replace it anyway. Easy replacement job for $350 with YouTube help. Lowest maintenance vehicle we have ever owned.

I love my jeep Sahara I put a 2in lift in it and 20 in rims with 35 in wide tires , I took it on a 5000 mile road trip it did great on the highway and over the mountains of Colorado I hit a lot of snow and rain on the trip to the west coast and back to Oklahoma I loved the drive it does not drive like a sport car but better then my work truck does , for the whole trip I avg 20 miles to the gal even with the over size tires on it and the off road is just what you think a jeep would be , if you want a good on and off road then I say this is a good jeep for you

This was my first purchase of a Honda. My daughter and son in law both had purchased their Honda's from Honda of Mentor a few years ago. They love their cars and the good service they receive there for routine maintenance. So it was NOT hard to decide where to buy my next vehicle. My salesman Cody was super helpful and explained the different features of the vehicle I wasn't familiar with. I'm so happy with my certified HRV. Everyone there are so nice and professional. I've had several cars in my 40 years of driving and this by far has been the best experience. I highly recommend Honda of Mentor.

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

This dealership was fast to respond and did a great job providing me with details and high quality video of the car. This was the first dealer that made me feel good about a remote purchase. Unfortunately the car was missing a key package that I wanted. But they offered to find me the perfect car anyway. Five stars all day long for their responsiveness and no xx approach.

Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

Overall we had a pleasant afternoon. Aziza was warm and knowledgeable. The dealership itself was a calm environment. Even though the payments are a bit higher than than planned we have a vehicle we are enjoying!

Bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee in January of 2022. I was in a wreck where another vehicle hit me and threw me off the road into a ditch. I went airborne and came down hard. It was a miracle I did not flip. All of my driver-side airbags deployed (front and back) and I walked away with minor injuries. This vehicle kept me safe and I will have another one to replace the totaled Jeep from my wreck.

Amazing experience! Nick the manager and Josh the sales guy has made this the best car buying experience I've ever had (this is my 6th car)! This is the first time in my car buying experience where I didn't haggle, didn't feel the need to haggle and didn't feel like i was getting cheated or someone was trying to take advantage of me. I've been to 4 other dealerships in the Chicagoland area in the span of 2 weeks before I came to North Coast Mitsubishi and they were all negative. I live in Chicago, so I drove over 5 hours, as you can imagine I was nervous that they could take advantage knowing that. I found the Porsche I wanted here. I was skeptical about the price because it seemed really good. A couple of the other dealerships I've visited or called added $2-6k of fees on top of their initial price which they refused to remove, not North Coast Mitsubishi! Nick sent me the out the door price which only had the mandatory title and taxes and that's it. Before driving out I had a call with Nick to discuss everything and he was very nice, straightforward and transparent, so I felt better about making the 5 hour drive. I told him there were actually 2 cars I wanted to take a look at, an Audi SQ5 and Porsche Macan and asked if he could hold them both since I'll be driving from out of state and he said he'd be happy to hold them. I also asked if they had 2 keys for each cars, since many of the other dealerships don't disclose they only have one key and each key costs over $500 to make, Nick confirmed there were 2 keys. The evening before I was supposed to drive out, Nick called me and told me he had a customer looking to buy the Audi and asked if I would be willing to let the hold go and offered me $1,000 off the Porsche to do that. I agreed since I was leaning towards the Porsche anyway. He didn't have to do that! I have read so many reviews of dealerships where people drive to look at the car and it's sold before they got there. When I got to the dealership, Josh was waiting for me with the car pulled out front. I gave him my keys so they can look at my car for trade in value while I went for a test drive of the Porsche. When I got back, they did a full inspection on my car. I was worried that they will low-ball the offer on my car and I'll have to haggle with them and they wouldn't budge since I was out of state and wouldn't want to spend 5+ hours to drive back home without a new car. But no! They offered me upfront $2k more than the highest offer I've haggled for with other dealerships, $4k more than what other dealerships would come back with as the initial offer, what they claim is the Carmax price. Then when I asked for a quote for an extended warranty, Nick gave me a quote that was $1,000 LESS than what he quoted me over the phone a couple days before, and $3-5k LESS than what the Porsche dealerships quoted me (this warranty has a $100 deductible, whereas Porsche quoted with a $250 deductible). I also mentioned there were a few nicks on the car, they took it into their service and buffed them out on the spot. Then I figured, they'll probably try to get me on the interest rate, but no! They gave me a pretty good rate. The finance manager walked me through everything I was signing and was upfront and transparent. They were super nice, relaxed, and easy going. Very pleasant. I didn't feel like I'm getting taken advantage of the whole time. Unlike in other dealerships I've called and visited, where other dealers automatically add in fees for unnecessary protection you don't need without even asking you first if you wanted it and then when you try to negotiate, the manager comes in and they play this game where they go back and forth supposedly talking to someone who has to approve the price which takes a lot of time. They waste your time and theirs with this process. There was none of that at North Coast. When I walked in initially, I was surprised how many people were at the dealership, it's because they are amazing

Purchased brand new after totalling out my Santa Fe XL. This has by far been one of the best vehicles I've owned. For as large as it is, its incredibly fuel efficient yet has plenty of power to tow my parents fish/ski boat. My only complaints are the factory Michelin's were trash in Minnesota and the interior "Cargo" area is significantly smaller than my previous Santa Fe's, but thats more of a personal opinion versus any design flaw. Ironically quite a few of my coworkers have JGC's as well and almost all of them have over 200k on them, I'm still at 65k. Not sure why they have a bad reputation in the auto world, but I'm certainly glad pleased with my choice, even 6 years later!

This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

Bought my 2017 Overland 2WD preowned with 74k miles. It’s now Feb of 2024 my Jeep’s got 135k on the odometer and I’ve never once had an issue. I occasionally get car fever, start looking at cars online, but the second I jump behind the wheel of my Grand Cherokee I smile and decide to keep it for a little longer. I still love the look, it’s super comfortable, has plenty of power, all the bells and whistles I want (and beyond), and I love the fact not every single thing is touch screen as most modern vehicles. I love I can turn up the volume, operate the AC and many features with good ‘ole KNOBS without taking my eyes off the road.

My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. It has always run beautifully and I have had no issues thus far since 2021 and now it’s 2024. Very comfortable interior and attractive to the eye. Love love love my car.
