I’ve had my ‘15 latitude, for a year. T-bones a car, last week, and they crumple like a beer can… In other words: had my wife get a ‘16 75th edition TODAY!! Yes, ramen diet, for a few years, + her “special edition” doesn’t have heated seats, or a heated wheel 😖 My latitude does!! I wouldn’t look at different 💯

My parents bought this new back in 2009 and after a car accident that totaled my first truck (01 Chevy S10), my mom gave me this and I love every bit of it!! I’ve had it in my possession about 5 years now and it’s such a fun vehicle. The 4WD is amazing and it’s capabilities are really impressive! With the right driving on a trail, lifted truck owners look at me sometimes and say “Ain’t no way a Liberty did that!”. It’s a solid SUV. I use mine as both a daily and a weekend warrior (not too hard because I have to drive it home) and it’s a great vehicle all in all! Gas mileage could be a little better but it’s a V6 Jeep, what do you expect. I highly recommend this vehicle to anyone who wants to get into Overlanding or anyone who just wants a fun Jeep for their buck! Keep up with maintenance (as you should with every vehicle) and it’ll treat you right! The selections only let me choose “New” or “Used” but I’d say both because it was new to my Mom and Dad but used obviously when I got it. Along with “Primary Use”, I use it to both commute to work and have some fun but it would only let me choose one.

We showed up 30 minutes until close and they were so understanding and kind. We found a Volvo we absolutely loved right away and they made the buying process so easy and fast for us. I will definitely come here again for my next vehicle. The gentleman that assisted us was so easy to talk to and friendlier than others we spoke with at other dealerships. I love my Liberty! I was inspired to buy mine (used) after temporarily inheriting my Dad’s 2008 Liberty. I’ll comment on the 2008, then the 2012. 2008: Bought brand new out of the showroom; it was an everyday driver and has been very reliable. No problems with the engine or transmission, 4-wheel drive works great. Some very minor issues with the power window switch, it stopped working, but easy fix. The AC takes a little while to cool the interior down, but it hasn’t been serviced or recharged. This Liberty just turned 300,000 and is still running well! 2012 bought used with 65,000. This Liberty is also a daily driver. The engine and Transmission are fine, no issues. The 4-wheel drive system has been good as well. Used it several times on snowy unplowed Wisconsin roads and it has been solid. Holds skis, snowboards really well. Biggest service item will be new tires. One minor issue with the AM/FM radio, the receiver chip in the radio went bad, so no AM/FM. But the CD and Jack work fine. This Liberty just crossed 125,000 and is running like a champ. Final note: I hated the look and everything about the Liberty when my Dad bought his. Then I drove it. Complete game changer; now I absolutely love it!

Bout a 2006 Grand Cherokee from them with a little over 200k. Few minor issues that the guy Sammy took care for me with no problem. Friendly service and very helpful. Had the truck now for almost a year and still runs like a dream. Definitely recommend stopping by.

I never thought I'd own a Jeep in my lifetime, then five years ago I bought a used 2014 Jeep Patriot and was amazed by its fuel economy and reliability for a mid-size SUV. Then three months ago my sister needed a car, and I passed the Patriot along to her, so I began doing research to buy another used car for myself and found the 2014 Jeep Compass. Now I'm the proud owner of not one but two Jeeps! I fell in love with it because of its looks as it is "less boxy" than the Patriot and the interior is basically a replica of a car I'm already used to driving. Find it a little bit roomier than the Patriot, love the top of the gate spoiler and the headlights design as well as the focused (foglights?). I can carry a ton of stuff in the back specially since I added the retractable cargo cover for privacy and safety. I definitely recommend this crossover SUV, it delivers a ton for its value. Definitely money well invested.

My wife and I purchased a Cadillac XTS for from this dealership. Ralph, the salesman, was extremely helpful and upfront with everything about the car. I read all of the reviews and have to wonder the legitimacy of some of the terrible reviews after our experience. As with all used cars, you can get lemons. With this in mind, I would say that I do recommend this dealership or flying service and follow up.

The 2014 Compass fulfills its basic duty as A Car. It gets you from point A to B without putting up much trouble, at least, in my experience. Sure, the interior may be cramped, especially if you're tall, but the seats are comfortable. The performance is sluggish, the handling is not much to write home about, and the ride will make bumps feel 10x worse than they already are. But, it's still A Car. Gas mileage also fluctuates. Fuel economy, at best, is 28 mpg (on a full 13-gallon tank) and, at worst, 25 mpg, from my readings. Granted, while mine only has close to 56,000 miles on it, it will last, with no rust or paint problems whatsoever, compared to my mom's Silverado from the same year. Overall, it's one of the Jeeps ever.

Our Jeep has met all of our needs, We have only replaced common parts brakes,tune up, pvc valve..we have taken a trip to Florida, Michigan,Ky, Oh, it has been great..

We purchased our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland new and after 11 years and almost 150,000 miles it easily the BEST vehicle we have ever owned. It is comfortable, delivers reasonable mileage, is quiet, well built, incredibly durable and looks as good today as the day we took delivery.

Read some of the negative reviews thinking we may have gotten lucky with ours. We still own our 2017 Trailhawk that my wife uses for commuting to work. Bought it used from Hertz with 24K miles late 2018. Of course we bought an extended warranty. Sure enough, the right front brake caliper froze. Had the whole front braking system replaced under warranty and never had another problem with the brakes. Only other problem we had was an occasional transmission hesitation that only seems to happen when I’m driving it. Happened about twice a year. My wife never experienced it because she drives like an “Old lady.” Oh, cigarette lighter fuse burnt out one time while using an air compressor. It was a royal PITA to replace because it’s hidden deep under the DS dashboard. You’ll have to remove the knee panel to get to it with very little space. We have the smaller screen infotainment system. Very basic but works ok. Backup camera is small and barely useful, but works. Engine noise can get loud from a four cylinder Tigershark. Other than those issues, this Trailhawk is a blast to drive. The Tigershark is a beast and enough to get this tiny AWD out of any spots where most of its direct competitors would get stuck. I didn’t like its AWD at first until I realized that the “Fresh” tires Hertz installed before we picked it up were cheap asian made all season touring tires that were slippery on any road surface. After replacing them with proper tires, this tiny SUV can go anywhere though i still wouldn't dare bring it to where the "Real" Jeeps can go. I've taken ours through gravel, sand, mud, some rocks, and snow. Hasn't failed me yet. Knock on wood. We've driven it from FL to NJ without any problems. It's tight inside as expected. The engine pulled our heavy load easily. We've also been blessed to own a Tigershark engine that doesn't burn excessive oil. Yes, they do exist. The ride can get jiggly from the short wheelbase. Handling is good with good tires, but treacherous with bad, cheap tires. One note on the realtime AWD system in normal mode. There is a slight lag transferring power to the rear wheels. Similar to most realtime AWD systems in the market at this price level. Our Honda Pilot with VTM4 torque vectoring AWD system doesn't have this issue as a comparison. Follow a good maintenance schedule with this little beauty and they can last a long time.

I hate the car buying process. I do not like being pressured to make a decision on the spot, and I do not like haggling. American Imports made it easy... their pricing is very fair right up front, so I didn't need to haggle. Plus, the test driving process was easy, I didn't have to give a bunch of information or have to take the salesperson with me. I wasn't pressured to make a decision, I took a couple of days to think about it, then just went it and finalized the deal. I'll go back when I need to buy another car.

Purchased new in 2015. Have only done 1 repair in 129k, which was fixing oil leak at oil filter housing. Solid car, great in rain and snow. Thoroughly enjoy this car

My son and I was on a car buying mission on Saturday February 22nd 2025. We started our journey at Indy Luxary Autos on Pendelton Pike to be let down. So we went on to our original plan and headed for Indy Auto Center on Michigan Rd., originally my son was after a 2013 Baby Blue Chrysler 200 that he seen roughly about a week prior on the internet and absolutely wanted it. I called on our way to the dealership to make sure it was still available and told Sami that we would be there in 30 minutes not knowing it would take all of that 30 minutes to get there from Pendleton Pike to his location on Michigan Rd. When we arrived there was a bit of a snafu. Well long story short version a set of lady's came in 10 minutes after we had talked on the phone (Sami thought it was us) and they took the car we was after out on a test drive with it being first come first serve and we understood that. Now in the mean time of them only supposed to be on 15 minute test (the ladys where gone for at least 45 minutes) drive they took us to another 200 that was a year older a bit nore in price by like $900.00 and it really caught my son's eye to the point they pulled it out and got it all situated for him to take it out. Now the other car was still on a test drive when the other one we was offered was ready to be taken out. We eneded taking them both out and my son fell in love with 2nd car that Sami showed us and his family even gave us HUGE discount for all trouble that we went through. I was very pleased with the outcome and so was my son. Now I'm not going to lie I was worried that something might go wrong because you just never know with used cars but it hasn't and he has drove it everywhere. I'm very greatful for Smai and his team they where kind courteous and very helpful. I was originally going to post the review the day we bought the car but I wanted to make sure it was solid and that his crew and dealership was worthy of a very amazing review and I couldn't be happier with our choice of car or dealership. This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

1998 bought 2nd hand in 2002 with 50K miles, now has 260K with less than $1000 in repairs. Trans flywheel replaced, oil seal on steering gearbox, nothing really serious / major.
