My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. It has always run beautifully and I have had no issues thus far since 2021 and now it’s 2024. Very comfortable interior and attractive to the eye. Love love love my car.

We purchased our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland new and after 11 years and almost 150,000 miles it easily the BEST vehicle we have ever owned. It is comfortable, delivers reasonable mileage, is quiet, well built, incredibly durable and looks as good today as the day we took delivery.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

I bought my Kia forte from a dealership in New Hampshire that has gone out of business, but I have been having the car serviced by pride Kia ever since it was new. That's 8 years and counting. The last time I had the car there was for a problem that took extra time to repair because all the parts weren't immediately available. They gave me a loaner for a few days until mine was all set. I appreciate the effort and care for my car and I in the process. If I can get a new car again someday I will buy it from pride.

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

Recently just purchased a beautiful Chrysler 300 of bob Hurley , bob was fast super efficient and got me the price i needed to be wish more car dealerships were like midway and more salesman were like bob!! Thanks again bob and midway!

I have a 2018 Cherokee latitude plus. More than 140k miles. Very nice SUV. I think most of this bad reviews are not fair. I will buy a new one in the near future.

ISSUE WITH SUNROOF CLOSING, NEW ONE PUT IN SAME PROBLEM. IN COLD WEATHER SEVERAL DOORS WOULD NOT LOCK AT ALL. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE FROZEN THE DEALERSHIP IS STILL NOT SURE WHY THIS HAPPENED. I WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE IT WHEN THIS OCCURRED. JUST HAD THE IGNITION REPLACED - CAR WOULD NOT SHUT OFF. I REALLY LOVED THIS CAR THE SUNROOF IS HUGE, MY FIRST NEW CAR, IT IS A LITTLE SMALL IN THE BACK SEAT FOR PASSENGERS BUT NICE, I LOVE HAVING A HATCH AND NO TRUNK TO MOVE THINGS IF I WANT. I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED A JEEP AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND OPEN FEEL OF THIS CAR. IT DOES VERY WELL ON THE HIGHWAY. THE REAL ISSUE I AM HAVING IS WITH CASTLE JEEP/ RAM IN NAPERVILLE,ILLINOIS COVRING THESE ISSUES WITH MY 100,000 MI WARRANTY.

Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

Vehicle handles well easy to park and maneuver I don’t like the fuel tank capacity very small also I don’t like the fact it has no spare tire unless you purchase it for three hundred plus you offer a air compressor which is great for a slow leak but don’t get a blow out in the boondocks you’ll be screwed. I don’t think a space saver spare will break the bank.

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

Plenty of room in the car, wish it came with a back up camera like most cars come with, but other than that I can't complain

If I could give more than a five star rating I would, I have been purchasing my cars here for over 10 years, and as always Mike Glousky is amazing Adam the GM and Greg over in financing these guys are experts on what they do always looking for ways to save you money, this is like my 20th vehicle I have purchased from them. Once you walk in through those doors your family not just another sale for them, they are all extremely knowledgeable and accommodating! Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Raynham is the only place I will buy cars from!

I picked the Jeep Renegade in the Trailhawk model because it is the only car in the compact category that also has excellent off roading capabilities. It completely beats out the other "off road" vehicles in its class like the Crosstrek or trailblazer. It also works excellent as a daily driver and great on long highway drives, having way better gas mileage than a pickup or wrangler. No road noise like you get in a wrangler or a truck with big off road tires. I've had this car for a little over a year at this point, with about 7000 miles, and the only thing I can say was any kind of issue was I got warning lights on my dash for the lane sensors, but they were just dirty and a quick wash fixed that problem. I can't say much for reliability just because the car is still so new. I have the leather trim upgrade that you can get with the trailhawk, but even with that the quality of the interior is lacking compared to other vehicle brands at the same price range and category, like the Crosstrek, but looking at Jeep's other vehicles like the Gladiator or Wrangler, it fits right in. Everything does feel high quality. I'm very picky about road noises and rattling panels or vibrations while driving, and I haven't had anything at all yet with this vehicle even when driving on rough roads or hitting bumps. The only reason why I gave this car a lower interior rating is just because of the excessive use of plastic. The exterior is very unique. At first I absolutely hated the blocky look of the renegade, but with all the iconic Jeep stying mixed in and the upgraded look of the trailhawk front bumper, I have grown to really love the way this little SUV looks. The blocky shape gives it extremely good headroom and gives it extra cargo space in the rear. The trailhawk model has armor on the underside to prevent damage by anything you're climbing over when going off road. There are some gaps in the armor that you can fill with available aftermarket parts. I will say that I think the cardboard box aerodynamics are the main reason why the gas mileage is so poor even with such a small engine. With about 55/45 split between in-town and highway driving respectively, on roads with large elevation changes, I do still get 24 mpg combined which is decent. The road handling is also great, the Renegade is a very light car, and even with being a little top heavy it zooms around corners almost like a small sports car. The 1.3l engine is surprisingly torque-y, it took me a little while to get used to being gentle on the throttle, the first few gears are very deep and the tiny turboed engine makes 210 foot pounds of torque so it will launch very quickly until it gets to 3rd/4th gear. The absolute worst and best thing about this car is it's transmission and the way it's programmed. In regular driving, it seems like the transmission has to stop and think about what gear to go to, so swapping gears is a little slow and not as smooth as other cars. At the same time, the transmission is the main reason why this car does extremely, unexpectedly well off road and in poor driving conditions. It will always keep power to wheels that have traction, and so gives impressive control. I have driven this up a mountain trail in the middle of a Montana winter and it felt like a leisurely drive, even purposely drove into tall snow drifts to give myself a challenge and plowed over them without any issue. When I got to the peak in my stock renegade trailhawk the only other vehicle on the peak was a modified, lifted Tacoma with large off road tires that had chains wrapped around them. I'm extremely impressed with how well this compact SUV really does off road. Overall I'm extremely happy with my renegade, and hope to have it for the next decade as a light trail/off road adventure car and daily driver.

I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.

My husband and I were in search of a used Ford Fusion Hybrid, since our other one was slowly dying of old age (13 yrs./213,000 miles) but had been very reliable for many years. We were thrilled when we discovered a 2018 Fusion Hybrid right down the road in Easton MA at a long established and locally trusted dealership (South Easton Motor Sales). Read some of the negative reviews thinking we may have gotten lucky with ours. We still own our 2017 Trailhawk that my wife uses for commuting to work. Bought it used from Hertz with 24K miles late 2018. Of course we bought an extended warranty. Sure enough, the right front brake caliper froze. Had the whole front braking system replaced under warranty and never had another problem with the brakes. Only other problem we had was an occasional transmission hesitation that only seems to happen when I’m driving it. Happened about twice a year. My wife never experienced it because she drives like an “Old lady.” Oh, cigarette lighter fuse burnt out one time while using an air compressor. It was a royal PITA to replace because it’s hidden deep under the DS dashboard. You’ll have to remove the knee panel to get to it with very little space. We have the smaller screen infotainment system. Very basic but works ok. Backup camera is small and barely useful, but works. Engine noise can get loud from a four cylinder Tigershark. Other than those issues, this Trailhawk is a blast to drive. The Tigershark is a beast and enough to get this tiny AWD out of any spots where most of its direct competitors would get stuck. I didn’t like its AWD at first until I realized that the “Fresh” tires Hertz installed before we picked it up were cheap asian made all season touring tires that were slippery on any road surface. After replacing them with proper tires, this tiny SUV can go anywhere though i still wouldn't dare bring it to where the "Real" Jeeps can go. I've taken ours through gravel, sand, mud, some rocks, and snow. Hasn't failed me yet. Knock on wood. We've driven it from FL to NJ without any problems. It's tight inside as expected. The engine pulled our heavy load easily. We've also been blessed to own a Tigershark engine that doesn't burn excessive oil. Yes, they do exist. The ride can get jiggly from the short wheelbase. Handling is good with good tires, but treacherous with bad, cheap tires. One note on the realtime AWD system in normal mode. There is a slight lag transferring power to the rear wheels. Similar to most realtime AWD systems in the market at this price level. Our Honda Pilot with VTM4 torque vectoring AWD system doesn't have this issue as a comparison. Follow a good maintenance schedule with this little beauty and they can last a long time.
