I was fortunate enough to see Rob when I was out there. He took the time to look at my car and give me some very good information. I was very please with the Collision Center and the manager Randy did such a nice job of informing where they were with the car and when I would be able to pick up. He was very gracious when I talked to him. I wasn't waiting around for any calls. I would recommend anyone to take there car there. I don't think it matters what kind of car you have. Rob Sight Collision Center was listed with my insurance company as a preferred center to call. My insurance company hit the nail on the head, so to speak.

I have a 2018 Cherokee latitude plus. More than 140k miles. Very nice SUV. I think most of this bad reviews are not fair. I will buy a new one in the near future.

We did find a car we loved, but it was outside of our decided budget. During negotiations we worked with Rodney. He patiently and kindly explained exactly why the price point we were trying to negotiate down to wasn’t feasible, but he did try to find creative solutions to get us in something similar within our budget. Even after he realized the sale likely wasn’t going to happen, he was never patronizing or dismissive. Ultimately, we did not end up purchasing a vehicle during this visit. We are going to keep up with their new inventory as it comes in online because we actually WANT to buy from them. In today’s world we (as a society) have to be more cognizant than ever about putting our money in the hands of good people, and we have no doubt McCarthy Honda is one of the best dealerships in town (if not THE best) with GREAT people. We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I bought this used with 20k miles on it. I’ve read lots of reviews where there’s not enough room. I’m 6ft and I have plenty of room to spare. I’ve read where there’s not enough power in the engine. Unless you’re planning on racing the car, there’s plenty of power. The car has lots of character. It’s a Jeep. What’s not to love.

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

Clint took care if our issues and helped get things covered that BMW fought. He also gave good advice on trim orotection. We still love the car.

I own a 2018 Compass with 1.4 l gas engine, 125 kw, 170 HP. This is not mentionned in the article. And this engine is quite more powerful than the American atmospheric one. Still, the Jeep is not quick :) The gas pedal still 'creates more sound than speed' :) Giedrius, Europe

Based on driving habits. I never had a major issue. Drives great, rides nice, sound of speakers could be better but overall best SUV I ever got. Others may complain. But riding it hard all the time will tear up anything u drive. But overall keeping as long it goes 4 yrs so far and can't complain

Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.
