The salesman was nice, but the office staff, especially the two women in the office were extremely nice, and easy to deal with. They knew ht they were doing, and were very knowledgeable. Yes, I would purchase a car from them again. only if the two women in the office would handle my transaction!! They really are professional, and a joy to deal with!!

This is my first SUV. I like that it’s not really huge but big enough for what I need. I also really enjoy the comfortable seating.

I had a very good experience purchasing a used Nissan Frontier from Steve and Sons Auto Sales. I had been searching for quite awhile for a decent small truck to replace my full size gas guzzler. So I spotted the Nissan on Cars.com where I was casually looking at vehicles that were in good shape and a price that would fit my budget. In initially spoke with Rick. Then Gus stepped in while Rick was on his days off. We took care of 95% of the transaction online. The process took a week to get everything in order. Rick and Gus were easy and fair to work with. They gave me a fair price for my trade in. I’m super happy with the Nissan Frontier and I would recommend Steve and sons auto sales to anyone in and around Portland Oregon.

I only have this not quite a month now and it is a nice jeep, I think a bit of a gas guzzler somewhat but overall so far i'm very happy, its a used car with low miles so i'm not expecting perfection ... we will see but so far i like the look i've done some things to improve its look as well and overall 3.5 stars i guess is best to say. Brought with 76k miles.

My 2002 with 300,000 and going strong.never a major problem..knock on wood.I am thinking maybe 500,000 if I get really lucky.4.7 a good strong engine with no burning oil at this point of its lifetime

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

I flew all the way from Arkansas to purchase a 2006 V8 4Runner Limited after seeing the listing online. Their customer service was above and beyond. The staff were very accommodating. When I decided to purchase it, they made it super easy to "reserve" the vehicle and even picked me up at the airport and took me to my hotel when I arrived in Portland. There were a few hiccups with the paperwork after the purchase, but Nick, Ronnie, and Austin were there every step of the way to make sure everything got resolved. Two weeks ownership impressions, this Jeep is quite impressive. I've never been a Jeep person. Long time Dodge Charger owner in the sports car world. Cross shopping the Mustang Mach-e, the Grand Cherokee 4xe really got my attention. It's got that "in town" all electric distance, but you have the turbo gas engine for range and flexibility. The interior is not quite oppulent luxury, but it is VERY nice inside. Levels above what typical Jeep interiors and technology have been. It's very well put together with nice materials, and even some nice plastics. The one huge strike is the choice of so much center piano black. This material has to die. UConnect 5 is my absolute favorite. It works extremely well. The TomTom Nav is kinda weak. It only works best when you input the exact address. Combined electric and gas performance is impressive! This big SUV launches off the line when asked to. Electric use is pretty good for a big vehicle, at about 26mi. Which has been perfect for local driving when I'm off the highway. My combined MPG with gas/electric has been 25mpg, on Regular fuel. Which is a huge step up from the old Charger, yet I have all this cargo room. In the recent snow storms, this GC has been a snow BEAST. Very stable, and the stock Bridgestone tires have been acceptable in their snow performance. A few negatives; the dealer helped fixed a squeaky front panel right away. And they updated my UConnect system, where the screen was flashing black. After those fixes, the GC 4xe has been flawless. The engine is a bit noisy at higher rpms, but I don't mind it too much getting to use its performance. I've been Level 1 charging overnight at home, which has been adequate, taking about 14-15hrs for a full charge. That usually gets 2-3 local errand/to highway trips before it runs out. Then I charge again for the next day. When the battery is "dead" there's enough reserve to operate like a Prius hybrid, to help keep fuel efficiency up while in gas mode. Overall very happy! It's a lease to hedge my bets on this new tech, hopefully it keeps going well! I might be a Jeep convert!

Bought my used 2 door at about a year old, with 17,000 miles. Had a couple issues initially: passenger seat got stuck, and airbag light was on. But once I had those fixed, the car has been completely reliable. And I found out that the 2 problems were related. So really it was only 1 problem. The stuck seat has impacted the air bag sensor or something. Loads of fun driving this thing through the snow. 1 foot, 2 feet. Fluffy, or packed by the snow plow. It didn’t matter. Shift it into 4wd and point it where you want it to go. It just went over all of it, and without any drama. Nice and slow. No need for momentum. It just went right through the snow . Can’t wait to take it off road with some friends. As for everyday driving, I love it. You just have to know what you’re getting into. It’s not designed to be a comfortable or sporty car. It’s loud, rather uncomfortable on the bumps, the 2 liter engine sounds like a dish washer, etc. But, those are also all the quirks I love about it. It’s not pretending to be something it’s not. I would’ve gotten the manual roll down windows if I had the choice. It’s just the opposite of my other car, a Macan turbo. It’s just a good old fashioned, honest vehicle. The engine and transmission combo make for a pretty quick team. I’d say 0-60 in about 6 seconds. That’s pretty xxxx quick for a 4000 pound truck designed to go off road. Rarely do I push it that fast of course. I like to drive nice and slow in this car. This is my car to go slow and smell all the roses. I love it. I’m averaging just under 20 mpg driving mostly in NYC. Not bad. Best mpg I’ve had from all my suvs. The hardtop only takes 10 minutes to take off. But it’s still a pain in the xxx. It’s definitely a 2 person job. And then there the issue of where to store this big thing. It’s not like NYC houses have big garages. We’ll see how often I take it off once the summer comes around.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

Over all it was a good experience. The salesman and finance guys were very nice. I would have given a 5 star except I got very low balled on my trade-in. I understand that they are not a Subaru dealership but the least they could have done is given me low trade in value. All in all I am happy with my new car.

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned, fuel savings combined with functionality! Highly recommend for outdoor enthusiasts who want to decrease their dependency on gasoline! Get one!

I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

Be advised I haven't purchased a vehicle from these people yet, but please be careful with reading reviews. Usually when people that a bad experience they are 100 times more likely to leave a negative post than then a person has a good to hear experience. Also, me posting this proves you don't even have to buy a vehicle from this dealership to leave feedback. So please be careful and read each comment carefully and be sure to check the details.
