The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

I purchased a 2021 Honda Accord a few weeks ago. My wife and I were very pleased with the attention and professionalism that Mr Jimmy Jahan showed us from beginning to end. I bought mine used..Love it, but sad to hear the model has been discontinued..Mine is pretty basic...not many extras to break...decent gas mileage, running great on E15, too.

2024 refresh Willy’s edition 2 door soft top , love the refresh, most notably the radio 12.3” upgrade, I’ve owned 5 wranglers in the past starting with the 1988 model , prior to the 2024 I had a 2 door 2011 . Well built , great driving on an off road , amazed at the little turbo motor, smooth, great acceleration and gas mileage, around 20/21 in winter and 23/24 in summer , which I think is great considering the size , shape and 33” tires etc. overall super happy with my jeep , for me the refreshed Willy’s edition is the sweet spot in the line up

He also introduced us to Barrett in the service department, who was also very helpful. We met the manager, who was very kind and the finance person, who made the paperwork a true breeze. Jeep passing jobs have been corroding at welds & hinges due to 2 diff. Metals built together. Issue for 15+ years!, recalled opens need to be addressed, my 3 rd wrangler and loved it! Great freedom ride, sport driven, outdoorsy attitude, love Jeep Wrangler the makers need to fix this cheap paint job causing our jeeps to rust prematurely!

I recently brought my car in for a recall. I was able to schedule my appointment online/through app, and it was so easy. When I got to the dealership, Ben was friendly and helpful. When I left, I was texted and emailed with notice that my car was brought in and was encouraged to ask any questions through the text or email exchange. The service was great and the recall was done sooner than expected. I was very please with the whole experience.

Interior is wonderful, love everything about this vehicle. Drives great, looks great, and was very affordable. I just feel very safe in this vehicle and I love it.

Summary: It is worth the drive from anywhere in the Southeast to Spartanburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Jonathan England and Jamie England are amazing. They are both what I like to call “solution advocates". They listen and then go to work finding a vehicle that meets those needs. They do this without making you feel pressured and while staying within the budget you set. I normally dread dealing with car salespersons but these two men and this dealership really changed my opinion because they are not that typical “cocky you are going to buy my car” kind of dealership. They make you feel welcome from beginning all the way through the financing process. Everyone seems to be loving their job and passing on their positive vibes in all they do. If you are looking for a new or used car at a fair price, drop in and see these gentlemen. A Little More History. One would think that when they are looking at spending a large amount of money on a new vehicle one would get lots of positive feedback and assistance. Before I found Spartanburg CDJ I had messaged with 11 other dealers across the Southeast. Several chose to ignore me all together, while others were very curt and rude in their responses. My father had a list of "specific must haves" a vehicle should have for him to purchase. It had become frustrating and I was ready to give up because I was told over and over again "that option is no longer available" "RHD is not a possibility" or ”maybe next year RHD willie offered again.” Then I was blessed to find Jonathan England. He told me, as others before him, that right hand drive vehicles weren't available in his current inventory, but that a kit was available to convert a vehicle to RHD and that he had a contact that could take care of this for us. We made the 2 hour drive to visit with him and was introduced to the salesperson, Jamie England. He contacted the conversion expert to determine what vehicle in their inventory would be best to meet our needs. We drove home in a new vehicle and they even included to conversion in the deal. We left feeling we were given a fair deal and the vehicle we purchased will meet all our expectations for a new vehicle. I would definitely buy from this dealer and salespersons again and will start my search with them in the future.

I had 2 (2018 and 2022) Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawks and I liked them both. They were loaded with technology, safety and off road features. Very off road capable. I just bought my first Wrangler X and I love it. So far the best car I've ever owned. I was worried about the mpd with the 3.6l engine but I'm getting 16.3 mpg in the city driving only which is pretty good. I still have to test it on a highway. Comfortable on the road and off road. It's surprisingly quiet.

We had a vehicle shipped from another location and it was such an easy, no hassle way of purchasing the car we'd been looking for! Rodney Jones was relaxed, no pressure, and funny! I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

As a child I fell in love with a black CJ with a tan top. As an adult I could never justify buying a Jeep because I had kids and Jeeps weren't practical. Fast forward nearly 40 years later and there are even 4 door Jeep Wranglers. No excuse for families. My kids are now all adults so I had no excuse. My salesman, Ken, was ever so diligent asked patient with me while I looked. So many Jeeps to choose from. I might add it was raining the day I bought my Jeep so Ken and I both got wet. He's dedicated! Finally I found the one I wanted and the same color scheme that started my love affair with Jeeps since I was a child. By the time all the paperwork was done it was well past closing time. Ken even followed up with me after my purchase. Car buying is stressful enough but Ken made it much less stressful. We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

I was in the market for a newer smaller car and had searched everywhere. Seemed like no one could help me get in to my dream car. I finally decided I would try carmax and no regret whatsoever. They helped me find the exact car I wanted and the approval was fast and easy. Would reccomend to anyone shopping for a car.

Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

Bought brand new 9 miles on it now 5400 went from Iowa through Colorado to Arizona no problems other that forward Collison sensors getting dirty and the auto stop start not always working.I used rock mode on my trailhawk in canyon land it was a blast

This is the third Jeep Wrangler I've owned. The first was a 2012 and the second a 2021. Jeep has stayed true to the formula but the additional refinement in the 2024 Rubicon X is welcomed since we use it as a commuter vehicle. Looks are total bad-xxx but it's much more refined than previous years. The leather interior is beautiful, it's a little quieter, and the creature comforts like adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and heated seats/steering wheel are great to have. I'd recommend the V6 engine. The 2.0L 4 cylinder is underpowered and noisy. I can't speak for the 4xe version. Unfortunately, the price of these Jeeps has skyrocketed in recent years. I'm guessing it's due to the demand. Bottom line: there's nothing not to like about this Jeep. Simple to operate (you don't need a training class for the infotainment system) and so many options to personalize it to make it your own.

I love my new Wagoneer Series II in white with sea salt interior. It has a big punch from the twin turbos, the ride is like my Cadillac Deville. It raises and lowers it's own height based on speed and road conditions. My only complaint is that the seams on the trim at the two back windows don't seem to be sealed properly so the water after washing it continues to drip down leaving a calcium line down the vehicle. I'd would also love it if you could add more apps to the infotainment center. Overall I'd buy it again. I've had two Gukon XL Denalis and the amenities on the Wagoneer at a lower price point far surpasses the GM vehicles.
