The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

Have owned Jeeps for 35 years. This is the most comfortable ever. Altitude 4x2 L, V6, avg. 19-24 MPG. Tow up to 8,000. 6 passenger with 2 fold downs in back. Paid 34k with 18k miles

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

It has been 20 years since my husband and I purchased a new car. Mainly because it's been a relief not having car payments, but also we always dread the hassle of finding the perfect car and striking a deal we can afford to live with. All of that changed a couple of weeks ago when my daughter-in-law happened to see my "dream car" on Tri-City Ford's website. I immediately went home and looked it up for myself. Because I showed an interest on-line, I received a text/email from Kyle, their internet sales manager. He offered to set up a NO obligation test drive at our convenience. He was so helpful and considerate of our time and wanted to make sure someone would be available to assist us at the time of the appointment. He continued to check in through the day so he could make sure all was ready when we pulled onto the lot. Our salesman, Terry was wonderful and never pushy. He could tell I was in love with the car by the end of the test drive and kindly offered to check and see what our options would be if we were interested. I was MOST DEFINITELY interested! The car is only 2 years old, in pristine condition and even still has that "new car" smell! 🥰 As I said, we always dread the hassle and haggling to get that perfect deal at a price we can afford, but this time, quite pleasantly, it wasn't a nightmare. We came to an agreement so quickly and easily that it seemed almost painless. Terry allowed us the time and privacy to discuss our options before making our final decision and never rushed us. Once we decided to make the purchase, they washed the car and filled it with a full tank of gas to get it ready for it's new home!! Even though it was cold and dark by the time we were ready to leave with our "new baby", Terry still showed us how to use several of the features we weren't used to on our older cars to get us started. Things have changed alot in 20 years!! Cleve Foley, who helped us with all of the final paperwork, was so patient, guiding us thru the multitude of signatures, making it easy to complete the process. When returning a week later to pick up my license plate, he met me at the door to put it on the car for me and while doing so, answered some of my new questions on the those great new features I'm still learning. They have continued to check on me during the past 2 weeks to make sure I'm satisfied or to see if I have any new questions or concerns. I appreciate their kindness, patience and consideration that my time is as valuable as theirs. We never felt pressured or rushed to make any decisions we didn't feel comfortable with. Our experience was A+++ and enabled me to have the "Car of my Dreams" at a price we can afford. My husband says I am "like a kid with a new toy!" We were both very impressed with the professionalism and positivity of our experience. We would highly recommend Tri-City to anyone shopping for that perfect new vehicle. It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

I never thought I'd own a Jeep in my lifetime, then five years ago I bought a used 2014 Jeep Patriot and was amazed by its fuel economy and reliability for a mid-size SUV. Then three months ago my sister needed a car, and I passed the Patriot along to her, so I began doing research to buy another used car for myself and found the 2014 Jeep Compass. Now I'm the proud owner of not one but two Jeeps! I fell in love with it because of its looks as it is "less boxy" than the Patriot and the interior is basically a replica of a car I'm already used to driving. Find it a little bit roomier than the Patriot, love the top of the gate spoiler and the headlights design as well as the focused (foglights?). I can carry a ton of stuff in the back specially since I added the retractable cargo cover for privacy and safety. I definitely recommend this crossover SUV, it delivers a ton for its value. Definitely money well invested.

This is my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (previous one was a 2016), and I absolutely love it. Gives a very smooth ride. The vehicle feels very sturdy and solid, which to me is another plus. Disappointed that it didn't come with a cargo cover though!

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

Very nice vehicle with many hi-tech & comfort features. V-6 engine performs well for a 6 cyl. engine but would prefer a V-8, which is no longer an option. Very happy with over all performance.

Great SUV...BOUGHT in 2017...good on gas penalty of zip with V6 engine. The start stop stop working last year and found out why.I needed a new battery as went dead this year...now start stop feature works 100 percent. Have low milage 30000 miles or 50000 kms here in Canada. .
