My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

This has been an amazing vehicle! Super comfortable and will buy again. Loved all of the tech and comfort features to make each trip the best. I have owned a lot of cars and this one has the most intuitive features by far.

My review is to comment on stellar service I receive EVERY TIME I bring my SantaFe in for work. Adam is our most frequent consultant and he is amazing! Great communication, kind and incredibly honest. The other day I stopped in without an appt and he wasn’t in. Fortunate for me, I encountered Lainey and in turn Caleb in service who graciously looked at my tires. They both were also great communicators, kind and accommodating! While people are so inclined to complain when there’s a problem, they often don’t compliment. These three set the bar high!

I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

Vehicle handles well easy to park and maneuver I don’t like the fuel tank capacity very small also I don’t like the fact it has no spare tire unless you purchase it for three hundred plus you offer a air compressor which is great for a slow leak but don’t get a blow out in the boondocks you’ll be screwed. I don’t think a space saver spare will break the bank.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience at Klein Automotive in Clintonville. I feel we purchased a great used vehicle for the price we paid. I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

Had a rear end collision with it a few days ago. Handled it well. Car that hit me, as I was standing still a traffic light must have been going 40-50 mph. My car took the brunt of the crash, sparing me I am sure. If totaled, will look at same manufacturer.

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

I’ve had my ‘15 latitude, for a year. T-bones a car, last week, and they crumple like a beer can… In other words: had my wife get a ‘16 75th edition TODAY!! Yes, ramen diet, for a few years, + her “special edition” doesn’t have heated seats, or a heated wheel 😖 My latitude does!! I wouldn’t look at different 💯

This is my second time buying a new Kia from this dealership. I had my Sorento for 5 years before deciding to trade it in due to high mileage and a growing family. I researched quite a bit before deciding what I wanted to buy, and Bergstrom Kia of Appleton had one of the easiest sites to access the information I was looking for. Being able to compare prices & features, I was able to find a vehicle that was right for me before even stepping foot on the lot. I called to be sure it was in stock and after learning that it was, said I would be in the next day. I was greeted at the door, promptly assisted, and offered refreshments. After learning I had bought my previous vehicle there, they set me up with the same sales associate that I worked with the first time. Once again, Mo walked us through the purchasing process. I went for a test drive & Mo made sure any additional questions I had were answered. I put on a lot of miles each year, so Mo helped find us a better warranty that covered more mileage rather than a longer term. I went away satisfied and excited to be driving off in my first hybrid vehicle, a Kia Carnival HEV. I will go back for future vehicle purchases!

Great gas mileage an very comfortable car. Love the different gears to shift to for us snow. Very reliable only thing for service oil changes

Bought my used Subaru from "Fuzzy Bill" in 2015. Went very well. Still have the car today with 185,000 miles on it (2005 Outback) - ready to buy newer car now.

I love my jeep. But my biggest issue is if you live somewhere where it get cold and you don't have somewhere to park it like a garage, be warned it might not let you drive it no matter how long you let it warm up. I have had this for almost 2 years now and both winters I have had trouble with the dashboard lights coming on. Lights like collusion lights, engine, and airbag. The problem is when all these lights come on, it shuts the car off and refused to left you move or change shifts. I will admit the first time it happen, I accidently left my phone charger plug in over night. I have now made sure everything is unplug and off before I leave my jeep. But every time since, when the weather get cold and it still had this issue. I have reported this to the dealer ship I got my jeep from but they say it just the battery volt being low from the cold. But I need my vehicle to work due to my job being one where I work all years including holidays.

After talking with Jeff for over a week about the truck, my husband and I took the 4 hour trip from Indiana to see the truck and meet Jeff. Jeff is very friendly and witty and I truly feel as if I've made a new friend! This is a long-time family business and we got to meet his father and he was also charming and funny! We were not disappointed at all when we inspected/drove the truck....it was everything Jeff said it was! We bought the truck and the smile hasn't left my face since! Purchased new in 2015. Have only done 1 repair in 129k, which was fixing oil leak at oil filter housing. Solid car, great in rain and snow. Thoroughly enjoy this car

I I found this dealership to be fair with a great choice of vehicles. Also their repair shop does a good Fair job.

Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

While I admit service in the past has been slow, They have brought in a whole new managment team for both service and sales. My most recent experiences here have been nothing short of awesome. They staff is friendly and you can tell they genuinely want to be there. I will keep coming back.

I bought this used with 20k miles on it. I’ve read lots of reviews where there’s not enough room. I’m 6ft and I have plenty of room to spare. I’ve read where there’s not enough power in the engine. Unless you’re planning on racing the car, there’s plenty of power. The car has lots of character. It’s a Jeep. What’s not to love.

Recently, I purchased a used Ford Edge from Bergstrom Ford of Neenah.I actually did stop and shop other car dealers from Rosemont, Mn. to include Baldwin, Wisconsin and Neenah,Wi. The assistance I received from the team at Bergstrom and the fact that this Edge was Gold Certified with the Blue Advantage was very much an aid in our decision to purchase our vehicle here. Our sales associate was very helpful and showed us the cars in stock. Nail Yetim (first name pronounced Niles) was very friendly and the entire team in the show room made us very comfortable, my dog enjoyed the visit, " he is a service dog" and enjoyed a treat. The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.

2024 refresh Willy’s edition 2 door soft top , love the refresh, most notably the radio 12.3” upgrade, I’ve owned 5 wranglers in the past starting with the 1988 model , prior to the 2024 I had a 2 door 2011 . Well built , great driving on an off road , amazed at the little turbo motor, smooth, great acceleration and gas mileage, around 20/21 in winter and 23/24 in summer , which I think is great considering the size , shape and 33” tires etc. overall super happy with my jeep , for me the refreshed Willy’s edition is the sweet spot in the line up

Anti-Freeze and oil leak discovered during routine servicing. Called my SD, Nick, at Kolosso Dodge in Appleton to have it repaired. He got me in as quickly as possible based on repairs needed. All repairs completed in one day, to my satisfaction. Nick, as always, was polite, efficient and prompt. They are the best.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

I have had several hybrid SUVs, Lexus and Mercedes, and this is at the top of the list for me. The hybrid drive is seamless, smooth, and responsive at all speeds. This is the largest hybrid SUV I have owned and yet, it is the most fuel efficient. Amazing mileage around town (50+ mpg) and highway cruising with the little 4-cylinder is very efficient. At highway speeds the transmission keeps the small internal combustion engine from working too hard but when power is needed for passing the combination of torque from the electric power plant along with the turbocharger provides instant responsiveness. Inside, the SUV is roomy and luxurious. The finishes benefit from the Italian roots of the owners to provide a beautiful harmony of design with soft supple leather and rich hardwood trim. The electronics work extremely well from the MacIntosh sound system to the driver assist and lane-keeping features that virtually drive the vehicle for you. The seat air conditioning and built-in massagers make even long driving trips relaxing. Yes, there have been some recalls, expected in an early edition of a new model. The only negative has been in servicing the recalls. Jeep dealers are still basically just old Chrysler/Plymouth/Dodge operations that are not prepared to handle high-end vehicles and the customers they attract. Too few technicians, and poor scheduling between the service writers and the shop. The service waiting areas are designed for truck drivers not owners of luxury automobiles. Stellantis may have upgraded the vehicles to a much higher level but their achilles heel is the dealer service network.
