Just bought a gently used `22 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK in diamond black. I love it! It was a prior lease with just 18k miles on it. I have had it for a few weeks and I am thrilled! Stereo is amazing and it even has a nice factory sunroof and tow package!

I have been dealing with Bolles Motors since 1987. I purchased 3 Jeeps from them -- a Laredo, Grand Cherokee, Patriot -- and I have leased my last 3, all Grand Cherokee Limited. They are a great dealership and their service is equally outstanding. Brian makes it a point to say hello and check in with me every time I visit the dealership. I have dealt with Barry Pinto several times (sales/leases) and Dan in service is top notch. I wouldn't deal with any other Jeep dealership.

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I am a returning customer who bought several Jeeps from Barry Pinto. Barry is not only a true professional but also very approachable, friendly, attends to requests promptly and always returns a call. Everyone at Bolles is helpful, providing a stress-free experience. Their service department over the years has been beyond reproach; the customer service is excellent. It is refreshing to know there is a caring car dealership that has kept car buying stress free with confidence. I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

Steve Zacek and Putam Kia have been great this is the second vehicle we have purchased from them and we are never disappointed Steve knowledge of the the vehicle and the electronics was great he help us set up everything before we drove off the dealership

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

  I have the Trailhawk trim, the serious off-road version.  Finally, a car that I can confidently drive in and out of rough construction sites, and not be afraid that I'll break it or get it stuck.   It is possessed by a powerful spirit of wanderlust, and frequently demands that I take it on drives just to see places it hasn't yet been, preferably places that normal cars cannot go.   If Don Quixote de La Mancha lived in our time, he would surely drive a vehicle like this one; a vehicle truly fit for a modern Knight Errant.   I didn't know until a few days after I bought it, and I don't think the dealership knew either, but this one has about a 2" aftermarket lift, and slightly larger tires than stock.

2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

Absolutely love this dealership. We recently purchased our third car. We returned to Putnam Jeep because we had a great experience with our last two grand Cherokees and trust them. This time we were searching for a very specific used Wagoneer. I had looked at a few other dealerships locally that had the car and the sales experiences were terrible (salesmen knew nothing about the cars, had a take it or leave it attitude and were more interested in my trade than selling me a vehicle). So even though at the time Putnam Jeep didn’t have what we were looking for on the lot, we decided to go to the dealership we trusted. They went above and beyond to find the vehicle we were looking for at auction. Working with them doesn’t feel like the typical sales experience that leaves you feeling wheeled and dealed. They are so kind helpful and fair and knowledgeable. They know so much more about the vehicle lines they sell than I would ever even need to know; but it’s completely impressive and helpful when buying a new car. The whole experience was excellent and I highly recommend working with them if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

We purchased our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland new and after 11 years and almost 150,000 miles it easily the BEST vehicle we have ever owned. It is comfortable, delivers reasonable mileage, is quiet, well built, incredibly durable and looks as good today as the day we took delivery.

I love my jeep Sahara I put a 2in lift in it and 20 in rims with 35 in wide tires , I took it on a 5000 mile road trip it did great on the highway and over the mountains of Colorado I hit a lot of snow and rain on the trip to the west coast and back to Oklahoma I loved the drive it does not drive like a sport car but better then my work truck does , for the whole trip I avg 20 miles to the gal even with the over size tires on it and the off road is just what you think a jeep would be , if you want a good on and off road then I say this is a good jeep for you

This has been an amazing vehicle! Super comfortable and will buy again. Loved all of the tech and comfort features to make each trip the best. I have owned a lot of cars and this one has the most intuitive features by far.

They gave me a great assessment on my aging 1994 Toyota Corolla and fixed the major issues.

Needs oil filter conversion so oil doesn't drain back, Google it..good power, goes anywhere , better than the 2 door for smoother ride,, I would buy again

I found a Ford F250 that had the options I was looking for on cars.com that Blasius of Middletown had in stock. Contacted Edwin (salesman) to confirm truck was still there and set up an appointment. The truck was detailed and ready to go when I arrived after a 3 hour drive to the dealership. I liked the truck, so I made the purchase. We negotiated a little on my trade and came to a deal we could both agree to. Overall had a smooth transaction.

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

Really enjoyed this car buying experience. When the car started acting up they were all over it and fo t it to a Ford dealership for diagnostics. Literally refused to let them send the car back until they were satisfied that my car is tip top. Can't say enough about Dave in sales, Phil their awesome mechanic who advocated for me like it was his own car. Then the GM met with me to talk about the experience and stand behind the car if the same problem recurs. Jessica at the desk made a rough week much nicer. So pleased to work with Blasius of Middletown and will be a repeat customer for sure!!

I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

Called to make an appt to diagnose my car. I did NOT know what was wrong with my Audi. My car had no power. I dropped it off to European motorcars they called me within an hr and half and had figured it out! 10/10 recommend staff are so professional, work is done with precise and good timing. You guys have a forever customer thank you!

Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

Had a rear end collision with it a few days ago. Handled it well. Car that hit me, as I was standing still a traffic light must have been going 40-50 mph. My car took the brunt of the crash, sparing me I am sure. If totaled, will look at same manufacturer.

Purchased as a retirement gift. Met or exceeded all my expectations. The 2021 Islander has the 4cylinder turbo engine and is smooth at all applications.

I purchased a special ordered Jeep Wrangler RubiconX with the 3.6 engine from our local Dealership! When I first drove this this vehicle I knew it may be rough riding, but after having this for for over 6 months it now is our main vehicle for getting around town. I get 17.1-18.3mpg. It's a 4dr and we enjoy it every day for shopping and other chores. We had it on the main highway and do between 65 and 70mph. It handles great and the ride is actually pretty good. Has great passing power as it has 4:56 gearing! We just recently took our vehicle to Keene Dodge/Jeep to have the tires rotated and were very impressed with the service and the entire staff as they treated us very special.

I purchased a 2009 Nissan Rogue on 10-11-12. It was an easy, actually fun experience. The sales man was not pushy, it was an easy process and everyone was very helpful. I love my new car. I would recomend carmax to anyone who wants a stress free car buying experience.

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

Also offered to get another one I was potentially looking at shipped to local dealer for my review. I did not purchase from them but based on my experience I will definitly go back in the future.

My jeep compass is very good. I, been really happy with mine. The performance, suspension handling plus the fuel mileage is all pro's. Comfortable seating heated, cargo area is spacious. Touch screen stereo with navigation apple car play etc. Really good resale value reputation. Good reliability, the ratings.
