Is good but I believe that thevprove is a little high not crazy high but a little to much for what a can offer but great!

I went in with a friend to help her find a car after a terrible experience at another nearby dealership. We called ahead to see if the car was in stock and Maks was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful right off the bat. When we arrived at the dealership Maks was patient and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. It was a great experience for everyone and we were able to work out a great deal. Overall positive experience, including negotiation in advance of coming to the dealership. Fairly straight-forward though the process ended up taking an entire afternoon and early evening. Seemed to drag out longer than needed. Would recommend this dealership.

I brought my 2021 Sportage in for an oil change and multi-point inspection. I bought the vehicle from a different Kia dealer and wanted it checked out by dealer closer to my home in DC. The service reps were prompt and courteous. Everything went smoothly. The only reason I didn’t rate my experience at five stars was because the facility was in a cramped location. They may be involved in making improvements to the service area—which would be great.

The Sales Reo, John was great. Helpful, direct, and no high pressure. He and the Manager worked hard to find the exact vehicle I wanted and gave me a fair price.
