All the service staff were professional, friendly and efficient. I was given an approximate time of completion of the work and my Kia was finished being serviced accordingly. My husband and I needed a vehicle for traveling. We spent quite a bit of time researching the options. Over the last month we went to a number of dealerships of Lincolns and other cars, by far Parks Lincoln of Longwood was the best. We stopped by on 2 different weekends and test drove new and previously owned Lincoln Nautilus and MKX's. Mike Zimmerman and Victor Torres were both very patient with us and all our test drives and questions. Finally this past weekend in May we decided that we loved the 2021 Lincoln Nautilus. Victor helped us close the deal with the help of Galen and Justin and the whole staff made us feel like family rather than just a customer.

Alan Woodyard, Will, Terrell, Mario, and the car Technicians at the Leesburg Kia, are the BEST!! ALWAYS attentive to me and other customers!! The Management there also are great!! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and service Team to anyone!! They make you feel like family!!

Noah Roman is a very detailed, perdon with excellent customer service. He always explain things clear and in a timely manner. He has a good attitude and makes sure the job is done accurately. Every time I go for my oil change I always as for him to take care of me. Noah is an asset to Kia. The rest of the staff seem to be very nice and the dealership is always clean and organize.

A reasonable price for the car. My warranty is up to 100k miles. The process was simple and I drove away feeling good about the purchase. Setting up an appointment was easy. When you walk in people are attentive. They have a good sized lott of mostly kia vehicles. The phone service is not as great. I suggest researching the car first. Amine was my salesman. He was high energy, friendly, and knowledgeable. Diego in finance was professional and personable.
