Is good but I believe that thevprove is a little high not crazy high but a little to much for what a can offer but great!

First, Bernadette Passarerallo at Buchanan Kia is who and where to go for your next car purchase. She made sure everything was right, went smoothly and I was happy with everything before I left the lot. Service I wasn't able to have my car serviced at Westminster because my work location chanced to Hagerstown. I tried to have it serviced at the Hagarstown Kia. Hagarstown Kia acted like I was putting me out and I wasn't able to schedule anything. So I had to go across the street to Nissan where I used to get my car service done, they got me right in.

Great experience from beginning to end. My first point of contact was over phone with Rick. He knew exactly what I was looking for and reached out when a vehicle matching my description got delivered. I immediately headed to the dealership and loved what I saw, but had to talk it over with family. After have had gone to other dealerships, I decided that no one could match Buchanan's prices or customer service. Dealing with Tom, the GSM, to make sure we were financed quickly and properly was easy and nothing like I have ever experienced at another dealership. Everyone here was great and made car buying a wonderful process! Will definitely be recommending Buchanan Kia to all my friends and family and we will be back if we need another car in the future! Our sales representative Kourtney was so nice to work with. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. I had called Kourtney to setup an appointment and what we were looking for. When we arrived we were on a test drive within 30 minutes! Great experience!

April 14th I had an oil change and tire rotation done. It was all finished in under an hour. I was also made aware that the car will need front brakes before the next oil change. Once again the service department did an outstanding job. And it not just the service department, it's the whole dealership that is friendly and keeps me well informed. Good job

Great buying experience with Rick two weeks ago! We knew what car we wanted, just unsure of the exact model. Rick explained the differences and helped us decide.
