My experience buying a 2023 K5 about a month ago has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. Eraldo Ferhati was the salesperson who helped me and he was the absolute best! He was accessible for all of my questions and I had a lot! He was patient, friendly, extremely helpful, kind...I can't say enough good things about him. He also came out on a Sunday, his day off, to help me when I thought I was having a problem with the car. He traveled about 30 minutes on his day off to help me and was able to quickly resolve the problem, with a friendly, caring attitude, even though it was my fault. I've been recommending him to my friends and anyone I hear that's looking for a car. Thank you Eraldo! While I was at the Kia dealership, everyone I talked to or worked with, i.e. the Finance Manager, Frank Villalobos - the Customer Service Manger - was friendly and couldn't be more helpful. I went to this place to purchase a 2019 VW Alltrack SEL, Stuart the sales person was very friendly and cooperative. He even went above and beyond. But the sales manager was little stubborn on the price even though they published a SE trim as SEL though it has some additional bells and whistles. I was also in hurry, they helped me move quicker and financing made it quicker even though the interest rate was not that great. But no hidden fees. Overall the experience was great.

Store did a great job always enjoyed working with him. The whole store made it a quick enjoyable experience.

You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!
