Stuart and the team at Raymond Chevy in Antioch were fantastic. They went way out of their way to make sure I got everything I wanted and gave me way more money off than any other Chevy dealership was willing to give. They have earned all my business and I have already recommended a few people over to them. 5 stars does not seem to be enough for the level of service I received.

An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not. It was as if I was buying a car from family! I highly recommend this dealership and will be going here moving forward for future cars!

Bought a new Kia Seltos from Boucher Kia, and the sales and management folks with whom we dealth throughout the process were always respectful and as helpful as they could be. Did experience two significant frustrations, neither of which appears to be the fault of the dealership. The first was a 6+ month wait for the Seltos we ordered to be delivered. This kind of delay is on Kia, more than the dealership, so I don't fault them. The second frustration was that the 2WD version of the Seltos we ordered is apparently not something Kia gets a lot of orders for and thus is not something they want to produce very many of. The car Kia produced to fill our order and sent to the dealer was the 4WD version of what we ordered. The dealership apologized and gave us a discount off the higher 4WD price, but again the core problem was with the company. If Kia doesn't want to sell a 2WD version of this Seltos trim, their website should not offer it as an option. That said, so far we really like our new Seltos, and we give the Boucher dealership credit for working with us.

Experience was great informational and easy! I didn't buy do to a me problem but im saving up to come back. When i called i got an answer right away and made my appointment quickly.

We are regular customers of classic Kia. They have amazing customer service both in sales and service. We just leased our 5th car with them. We have also purchased 3 cars from them. Wayne is so helpful and great to work with. Sean is always there to assist with financing. Jose in the service department always is professional and will answer all my questions. I can be a real pain in the butt, in regards to purchasing any vehicle. However, my sales representative Jennifer Pratt was nothing but nice, helpful, patient, and professional the entire time. Also, my experience in the past has always been negative when dealing with finance managers, but Vince was a straight shooter and a stand up guy.
