New and used 2025 Kia Carnival Hybrid passenger vans for sale near Third Lake, IL

Such a great experience getting our second vehicle from this store. Everything from our saleswoman, Reanne, to the gentlemen in the back getting my new MPV looking perfect for my family. The process was painless and quick. Reanne was very knowledgeable and friendly, even with my kids, throughout the whole process. She ensured I felt comfortable with our purchase and options we chose. We felt like family as we went through each step and never felt pressured. Definitely recommend Reanne and WAG to anyone looking for a car!

Bought in Dec 2024 with a great deal. We needed a new car to support 3 car seats. The two choices in the category are mainly between the Sienna and the Carnival. Why we chose the Carnival: Availability: You had to pre-order a Sienna or wait 6-9 months to get one. Pricing: The Sienna was on average $10k higher with comparable features and no ability to negotiate down the pricing. Driving: The Carnival is quite speedy off the line given it is a hybrid. We live in a very hilly area (Colorado). The Sienna really struggled and was very loud going up normal hills. Looks: The Carnival looks like an SUV (Chevy Traverse). The Sienna looks like your typical minivan. The Pearl white color is especially beautiful up close. Tech: Large entertainment screen makes reading text / maps very easy. Rear seat camera is nice to see what the kids are doing. Wireless charger, bluetooth CarPlay work great. Expanded rear view camera. Things we wish the Carnival had: AWD: The Sienna is available with AWD (although no models on the lot had it). Instead of AWD we spent $1700 on snow tires, which typically perform better than AWD and all-seasons tires. Auto-dimming mirror / Homelink in the EX trim. I purchased an OEM and installed it myself for ~$275. The dealer price was around $800. Sure wish a $40k car came with an auto dimming mirror when it comes with a rear seat camera! Concerns: Kia has that nice 10 year warranty, but I'm not sure how well the interior will hold up to 3 kids under 5. The Kia connect app also did not work upon purchase and it requires a factory reset at the dealer Overall: Happy with our purchase. It looks like an SUV but has the space and maneuverability of a minivan. It's fast off the line for a car that gets 36 MPG. It's got the tech of more expensive car. Given Toyota's significant number of recalls, I wouldn't default to Toyota as being the safer / nicer option. I don't think it is worth the extra $.

My experience buying a 2023 K5 about a month ago has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. Eraldo Ferhati was the salesperson who helped me and he was the absolute best! He was accessible for all of my questions and I had a lot! He was patient, friendly, extremely helpful, kind...I can't say enough good things about him. He also came out on a Sunday, his day off, to help me when I thought I was having a problem with the car. He traveled about 30 minutes on his day off to help me and was able to quickly resolve the problem, with a friendly, caring attitude, even though it was my fault. I've been recommending him to my friends and anyone I hear that's looking for a car. Thank you Eraldo! While I was at the Kia dealership, everyone I talked to or worked with, i.e. the Finance Manager, Frank Villalobos - the Customer Service Manger - was friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Our salesman, Quinton H listened to our needs, didn’t pressure us, came back with speedy responses to our questions, and made our time at the dealership overall very pleasant, which can be rare. We drove home with our new vehicle and are very happy with our purchase.

I went to this place to purchase a 2019 VW Alltrack SEL, Stuart the sales person was very friendly and cooperative. He even went above and beyond. But the sales manager was little stubborn on the price even though they published a SE trim as SEL though it has some additional bells and whistles. I was also in hurry, they helped me move quicker and financing made it quicker even though the interest rate was not that great. But no hidden fees. Overall the experience was great.

Store did a great job always enjoyed working with him. The whole store made it a quick enjoyable experience.

Bought a new Kia Seltos from Boucher Kia, and the sales and management folks with whom we dealth throughout the process were always respectful and as helpful as they could be. Did experience two significant frustrations, neither of which appears to be the fault of the dealership. The first was a 6+ month wait for the Seltos we ordered to be delivered. This kind of delay is on Kia, more than the dealership, so I don't fault them. The second frustration was that the 2WD version of the Seltos we ordered is apparently not something Kia gets a lot of orders for and thus is not something they want to produce very many of. The car Kia produced to fill our order and sent to the dealer was the 4WD version of what we ordered. The dealership apologized and gave us a discount off the higher 4WD price, but again the core problem was with the company. If Kia doesn't want to sell a 2WD version of this Seltos trim, their website should not offer it as an option. That said, so far we really like our new Seltos, and we give the Boucher dealership credit for working with us.

It was good! Everyone was friendly except the Finance guy. He was rude! He was mad because we didn’t buy the extended warranty or maintenance package

Great service throughout our buying experience and Matt was kind to drive the car out to our home as we were told the car would be available onsite when we came out; however, it was still in transit. Wonderful experience overall!

After visiting over 10 dealerships I finally landed at Ray Kia in Antioch. I was looking for a small compact car and wanted to look at the Kia Soul. On my first arrival I was greeted by salesman Tom Pifke. I asked to see if we could just sit in the car and see if my daughter liked it. Unlike all the other dealers that had to take all my info just to see the car, Tom went right inside to get the keys. It was a perfect fit and I was interested in financing it I was a bit misinformed on the financials due to inexperience and Tom was patient. I called him on Monday with a fair offer and we drove home Monday Eve with the car. Tom and manager Frank were down to earth and no pressure, very rare today. After signing the papers the car was waiting with a big bow on the hood! Do not hesitate for a moment to buy from such a friendly family orientated place of business

We worked with Samuel Jackson. I am overall happy with the purchase though did more "haggling" than I expected going in. The car was being offered to me @ $1000 more than I saw on Car Gurus. We did finally got the car down to the Car Gurus price. Thank you, Samuel
