User - Friendly experience overall. Staff Was good to work with and despite being very busy we were able to get the deal done relatively quickly. Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

I had my car repaired last May 20th and was given an excellent service. Big thanks to IVAN, my service advisor, who is very polite, approachable and got my confidence dealing with the repair service. IVAN, a true asset to the company. GOD bless you!

Michael was a great help. Check in was easy and he was very friendly. He kept me updated throughout the process. I opted to wait and get some work done but he let me know that the shuttle was available if I wanted it. He even went above and beyond to help me set up my Kia access.

On March 15th - 2023 I purchased a 2023 Soul Kia - I am not interested in having my picture or experience published - but I am interested in saying I had the best sales person on your staff - Dan Mitchell - he was great through every phase of the transaction. I had my previous Kia serviced every time at the Greece location. While waiting for my vehicle I would spend my time noticing the employees - I was most impressed with Dan Mitchell - I questioned him twice about going forward - when I was ready I knew I wished for him to assist - that was an excellent choice he did not disappoint at all.
