I had the best car sales experience of my life here, it was easy, no pressure and positive. I found the car online, it was a cherry 2016 Mustang Eco-sport Premium, called to confirm it was still available and made an appointment to come see it in person. Craig Wick was an awesome salesman, very personable, super chill and knowledgeable; his office was full of music memorabilia and his desk itself looks like a piece of art. He took time to go over what I wanted, he even took the time to show me a music video and talk show clip based on our conversation. Craig let me drive the car on city streets and the highway, taking as long as I needed to feel comfortable. They gave me a fair, no-hassle price for a certified used car (that included the free CARFAX info) and didn’t try to talk me into buying lots of extras; they presented available options and answered all my questions. Craig used to restore Mustangs and let me know that the car color used to be known as Strawberry, now it’s called Ruby Red, but I love the Strawberry better and it was fun to learn about the historic information. Craig’s sales manager David Gallardo took the extra time to find me a better interest rate based on my credit because he felt there had to be a better rate for my excellent history. Then David spent nearly a full hour showing me how my car’s system worked, finished getting me set up (Craig helped get it started) and made sure everything was working correctly. They put a big bow on the car and take your picture with your new purchase, a nice touch! I would absolutely buy from them again and would recommend them without any reservations.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Bought a 2023 forte gt-line for my daughter. We have had the car for 13months and have driven about 12,000 miles. I honestly cannot believe the 1star reviews, nor should you. I was a loyal Honda fanboy for over 30 years before I bought this Kia. I bought a totally loaded Forte non turbo for a hair under 25k with a crazy good warranty. Why not? I figured. 13 months and 12k miles later it rides better, has more power and is quieter than the day we bought it! Zero issues with anything. No squeaks, rattles or interior flaws. Sadly no tire wear. I cannot wait to replace the Kuhmos it came with. It handles great and is fun to drive. My wife calls it “a peppy little thing”. And she drives a CX-5 turbo or my 5.7 liter ram. Over 40 mpg on highway and mid 30s driving around town. This is a fine car. Not a cheap version Hyundai. Much nicer IMHO than the Hyundai. For those knocking the resale… run the numbers and try to buy one as cheap as you say you sold yours for. The Harmon Kardon stereo sounds awesome! This is one of my favorite purchases because its value continues to surprise me. And they give a $500.00 military discount. Don’t buy based on my opinions go test drive one! Test drives are free. Go to carvanna or get on car gurus and see how cheap you can buy one a year or two old used one for.

I purchased my GT turbo - automatic in 2021 as 2022 model and my only regret was that didn’t wait for the cooling seats package. Great looking vehicle with above average performance and great fuel efficiency. It’s one of the best affordable sports sedans in the market and one of the few where you can actually fit a 6’ adult in the backseat. I’m looking to add another with my desired package soon.

My Forte is beautiful paid under 23000. and got a car with alot of options other dealers would have charged you for looks great and performs well, i have read other reveiws that slam the kia brand but they have come a long way

I bought this vehicle in February of 2023. I have approximately 9,000 miles on it and it has performed flawlessly. It is very easy to drive and gets great gas mileage. Mine is Red (currant red) with black interior.

We bought our KIA last year (2024) with a package of free oil change, 4times/year. Since then I been at Kia xxxxxxGlendale 3times for oil change. The service is great! Although, family have visited the new location on Harbor Blvd, this was my first experience. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile from a young person that informed me that someone would be with me soon. Jeremy was pleasant and patient with this old man throughout the process. The Sedona was there for overdue maintenance and it feels great to get it done. There was a pleasant surprise seeing a familiar face in Luiz in the new surroundings. I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

If you are looking into buying a Kia, look no further than Kia Van Nuys. The sales consultant who helped me is Russell, and when I say he is the best of the best, I mean it. Not only is he so kind (and honestly, very funny), he was so caring and considerate of all of my needs. From financial concerns, to helping me test drive and find a car that would fit my lifestyle, Russell was so incredibly honest and transparent throughout the whole car buying process. He helped me tailor an accessory package that would reflect what I wanted in a car based on his incredible attention to detail and personable approach. We have been shopping for a specific pre-owned Kia for about a month now. Have visited two dealers prior to Van Nuys Kia and interacted with about 8 other dealers via text, phone or email. Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay, asked him to let us know if he had any cars that fit our criteria and send a written breakdown of the total out-the-door price. And he did! I’m sure the dealership made money on our deal, as they should, yet their offer was $5k less than a very similar car we had seen two days earlier. Not only that, he was professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Anyone who has spent time car shopping knows how tiresome it can be. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Umer.
