The Service Department staff members were very friendly and helpful. They were professional and accommodating when I requested that my driver's side seat be covered so that it would be protected while being serviced. The staff also kept me updated regarding the service progress. This made my experience a pleasant one.

Absolute great car for the money . Much more of a vehicle than I was expecting , looks , handling , price point , it's got it all and I would recommend to any one looking for some fun while driving.

Bought mine a month ago! definitely a huge upgrade. Kia really knocked it out the park with the k4! i have the gt-line in the white exterior! i’m obsessed. Get pricing point, i was stuck between this and the elantra i’m glad i choose this over the elantra, both are compact sedans but the kia definitely feels bigger and more tech and feels way more expensive than it is

I have owned my K4 EX for about a month now. It has been a great car! I think that the most fitting word for this car is value. You get A LOT for the money. I got my EX for under $25k out the door and for that I got a car that has a great design, awesome technology (wireless car play, huge touchscreen, updated safety features etc), fantastic fuel economy (40+ on the highway) and a very comfortable ride. This feels like a car that should cost at least $10k more than it does. I highly recommend this car.

I just had my Kia Telluride serviced at Jones and it was a fantastic experience. The service providers were friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I called for the appointment until I picked my car back up. I felt truly valued as a customer and that never happened at the dealership where I bought my car. After three years of constant frustrations with their service department I decided to drive the extra 40 minutes to Jones and it was absolutely worth it! Great car at its entry price. Rented both Honda Civic, Volkswagen Jetta and Kia K4. Drove all for week (7 days). The Kia won hands down. Bought Kia K4 for $23,400 over 3 months and it has better warranty than its competitors. Safety and accessories are part of Kia’s factory standard install compared to up charges from Honda and Volkswagen. Love interactive cruise control and its Saftey features.

I rcvd excellent customer service. After a recent hospitalization, to receive the level of empathy from Carlos was comforting, although I was experiencing pain and discomfort as I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Carlos constantly checked on me. It reminded me of how I would constantly check on my patients, as a frontline worker. Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response. All I can say is that Carlos's full demeanor impacted me tremendously. People may not always remember what you do or say...but they WILL remember how you make/made you feel. Carlos is an asset to Darcars, I sure hope you all make him feel he's a valuable employèe.😊

King Kia provided a wonderful experience. We came in with our daughter for her first time car buying experience. Everyone was professional and treated her as an equal. The majority of the deal was worked through text messages which was great for our busy family. We had the best salesman, Felipe. He even purchased pizza for us and provided a 5 star experience. Last week, I purchased a new 2023 Kia Forte from King Kia in Gaithersburg, and it was a great experience. Felipe was very patient, honest, and very helpful. The dealer didn't have the car I wanted in stock, but he was able to get it from a different dealer. The process was quick and easy!!! Felipe also called me the day after to make sure I was happy with the car. Everyone I met was very courteous and friendly. r Felipe is definitely the best person for your next car purchase!

I have never been to this dealership before but Lana Manko was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, patience and went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me. I've never had a sales person do so much to make sure I was satisfied with my decision. If I need another car, I will not hesitate to come back and see her.

I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up.
