I have owned my K4 EX for about a month now. It has been a great car! I think that the most fitting word for this car is value. You get A LOT for the money. I got my EX for under $25k out the door and for that I got a car that has a great design, awesome technology (wireless car play, huge touchscreen, updated safety features etc), fantastic fuel economy (40+ on the highway) and a very comfortable ride. This feels like a car that should cost at least $10k more than it does. I highly recommend this car.

Great car at its entry price. Rented both Honda Civic, Volkswagen Jetta and Kia K4. Drove all for week (7 days). The Kia won hands down. Bought Kia K4 for $23,400 over 3 months and it has better warranty than its competitors. Safety and accessories are part of Kia’s factory standard install compared to up charges from Honda and Volkswagen. Love interactive cruise control and its Saftey features.

I didn't have to be concerned that he would say one thing and do something different or give me a bunch of b.s. like at some places I went to. This was for an oil change. I had never been to Kia for service before. The staff was pleasant and courteous. The service was completed timely. I even got a coupon for a few car wash. Waiting area is a little close but still comfortable. Snacks and beverages available. Very positive experience.

Hubby took in the Kia Niro Plug in for an oil change and a check up. All went well. We really like the plug in - we are spending very little on gasoline.

Tom was my service representative and he was very polite and detailed. The dealership now has a waiting room that is enclosed so you aren?t in the mechanic area. Then you are escorted to the inside waiting area until you car if done. There were snacks and cold drinks available too.

Tom, my service advisor, was great to work with. He was friendly, and professional. He did a good job of keeping me informed before, during, and after the service.
