I have owned my K4 EX for about a month now. It has been a great car! I think that the most fitting word for this car is value. You get A LOT for the money. I got my EX for under $25k out the door and for that I got a car that has a great design, awesome technology (wireless car play, huge touchscreen, updated safety features etc), fantastic fuel economy (40+ on the highway) and a very comfortable ride. This feels like a car that should cost at least $10k more than it does. I highly recommend this car.

Wayne is so helpful and great to work with. Sean is always there to assist with financing. Jose in the service department always is professional and will answer all my questions. Great car at its entry price. Rented both Honda Civic, Volkswagen Jetta and Kia K4. Drove all for week (7 days). The Kia won hands down. Bought Kia K4 for $23,400 over 3 months and it has better warranty than its competitors. Safety and accessories are part of Kia’s factory standard install compared to up charges from Honda and Volkswagen. Love interactive cruise control and its Saftey features.

Pedro is the best!!! I came in for a recall and he helped me out tremendously by filing a claim for my tire… Then let me know when it was approved so I can come back to get the tire put on.

Great service throughout our buying experience and Matt was kind to drive the car out to our home as we were told the car would be available onsite when we came out; however, it was still in transit. Wonderful experience overall!

Only reason why I gave facilities a lower score is because they were going through a lot of construction and we were in a temporary location. But they went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable.

Currently under construction so some customers didn?t understand to pull their cars out of the way when they went in the trailer. A sign should be posted as such.

Stuart and the team at Raymond Chevy in Antioch were fantastic. They went way out of their way to make sure I got everything I wanted and gave me way more money off than any other Chevy dealership was willing to give. They have earned all my business and I have already recommended a few people over to them. 5 stars does not seem to be enough for the level of service I received.
