This was the 2nd Kia dealership I visited looking for a 2020 Soul S and the difference between dealerships was like night and day. Absolute great car for the money . Much more of a vehicle than I was expecting , looks , handling , price point , it's got it all and I would recommend to any one looking for some fun while driving.

Bought mine a month ago! definitely a huge upgrade. Kia really knocked it out the park with the k4! i have the gt-line in the white exterior! i’m obsessed. Get pricing point, i was stuck between this and the elantra i’m glad i choose this over the elantra, both are compact sedans but the kia definitely feels bigger and more tech and feels way more expensive than it is

I have owned my K4 EX for about a month now. It has been a great car! I think that the most fitting word for this car is value. You get A LOT for the money. I got my EX for under $25k out the door and for that I got a car that has a great design, awesome technology (wireless car play, huge touchscreen, updated safety features etc), fantastic fuel economy (40+ on the highway) and a very comfortable ride. This feels like a car that should cost at least $10k more than it does. I highly recommend this car.

Great car at its entry price. Rented both Honda Civic, Volkswagen Jetta and Kia K4. Drove all for week (7 days). The Kia won hands down. Bought Kia K4 for $23,400 over 3 months and it has better warranty than its competitors. Safety and accessories are part of Kia’s factory standard install compared to up charges from Honda and Volkswagen. Love interactive cruise control and its Saftey features.

I rcvd excellent customer service. After a recent hospitalization, to receive the level of empathy from Carlos was comforting, although I was experiencing pain and discomfort as I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Carlos constantly checked on me. It reminded me of how I would constantly check on my patients, as a frontline worker. Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response. All I can say is that Carlos's full demeanor impacted me tremendously. People may not always remember what you do or say...but they WILL remember how you make/made you feel. Carlos is an asset to Darcars, I sure hope you all make him feel he's a valuable employèe.😊

I received service recently at Ourisman Kia concerning a recall notice involving its electrical wiring. I am grateful for the tech people and customer service folk there for remediating it quickly, efficiently and courteously. I dealt in person with a staffer named Diego. Overall positive experience, including negotiation in advance of coming to the dealership. Fairly straight-forward though the process ended up taking an entire afternoon and early evening. Seemed to drag out longer than needed. Would recommend this dealership.
