Very punctual and understanding, he was very patient with me from beginning to end running all the numbers for us so I could get the best deal that suited me. I requested an appointment via email and received confirmation by text message and email. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. I received the exact service I had requested and the price was explained with no surprise. I was offered coffee and a nice place to sit. My vehicle was cleaner than when I arrived and my seats and mirrors were exactly as I had them when I arrived for service.
