For the money, probably the best car I've owned. For the price, value for dollar, it's unbeatable. Excellent safety features, great fuel economy, unbeatable warranty, and comfortable. An amazingly quiet ride, bettering many that cost twice as much. I think it looks great too, especially with the 18" wheels

We drove almost 3 hours from out of state to purchase a Telluride and were very impressed. They don't mark their new cars up over MSRP like many other Kia dealerships and they honor the trade amount they quote prior to appraisal. This was for an oil change. I had never been to Kia for service before. The staff was pleasant and courteous. The service was completed timely. I even got a coupon for a few car wash. Waiting area is a little close but still comfortable. Snacks and beverages available. Very positive experience.

Hubby took in the Kia Niro Plug in for an oil change and a check up. All went well. We really like the plug in - we are spending very little on gasoline.

Tom was my service representative and he was very polite and detailed. The dealership now has a waiting room that is enclosed so you aren?t in the mechanic area. Then you are escorted to the inside waiting area until you car if done. There were snacks and cold drinks available too.

Tom, my service advisor, was great to work with. He was friendly, and professional. He did a good job of keeping me informed before, during, and after the service.
